categories of child abuse: neglect, physical abuse, psychological/emotional

她儿子本来连正常的吞咽能力都没有的，每个正常孩子每个细微的活动能力
她儿子都要付出加倍的努力才能学会
儿子快3岁时，这个妈妈也崩溃了一次，上华人发帖哭了一下

1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not
kept people don’t integrate, communicate between their culture only, bring
all their relatives, hire only from their country, nothing good. No any
country should get more than 10% of H1B or GC.
2. The way India abuses H1B flooding and even selling applications (what is

烙印ICC现在不仅仅abuse EB2/EB3，他们现在利用L1A国际经理人的移民法漏
洞直接上EB1C了，L1A没有工资限制，由于是EB1类，不仅没有我们的排期问题，
绿卡申请提出后几个月就可以批准。
去年年末到现在，EB1C的使用在急剧上升，对我们的影响就是导致了流向EB2的剩
余名额急剧减少。

发帖数: 392 | 29 最近有感而发，看到一篇热帖《加拿大的优势不可复制》，（http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Military/41591615.html）中有人提出数据来证明，虽然加拿大中位数收入水平的人的收入是冠军，但是如果去看收入水平超过60%以上的人的收入，那么还是美国排第一。
一句话总结就是，美国的有钱人比加拿大的有钱人更有钱，美国的穷人比加拿大的穷人
更穷。中间以中位数分开，超中位数的，美国赚多，低于中位数的，加拿大比较安心。
这个结论得到本论坛很多人用来嘲笑加拿大的证据：爷是高收入者，才不要去你们那赚
少一点呢。
于是我在想一个问题，美国社会贫富差距比加拿大大，这对于那些高收入者是不是就一
定是一件好事呢？当然，对于那些财富为0.1%以内的顶级富人，自然是在美国更爽，在
加拿大会没那么爽但当然有那么多钱也不会差到哪里去。
我讨论的是中产阶级里面收入偏高的那一群人。从发考题，马工，其他类的工程师，等
等。到收入稍微低一点但仍然是属于人上人的生物制药领域的工作人员。总之，就是那
些需要比较好的university degree的才能胜任的工作。

后构建了相关的英语词汇后才把这个问题想通。把power翻译成权力不能表达完整的意
思。权力这个词在中文语境中通常涉及政府，但是power的涵义要广很多。
说中国人喜欢abuse power，就是说拥有power的一方对没有power的一方使用power，施
加cruelty没有节制。例子太多，比如政府和人民间，父母和子女间，雇主和员工间，
老师和学生间，甚至顾客和服务员间，无处不见有power的一方abuse power。具体事件
我就不说了，是中国人都知道我说的是什么。
中国人的虚伪之处是abuse power时还要找冠冕堂皇的借口。政府对人民是因为“生存
权”，父母对子女，老师对学生是因为“为你好”，顾客对服务员是因为“顾客就是上
帝”。

我是在Amazon做Buyer Fraud Investigation的，不是Buyer Abuse team的，个人只是
比较喜欢来版上逛逛，帮大家查查Buyer case而已，完全是个人爱好，和官方扯不上任
何关系。而且个人没有任何调查Abuse case的权力，只是能看到Abuse Team调查的结果
而已。KDC曾经私信联系我，愿意提供之前MD那次Abuse的证据，不过我把我的工作范围
也和他解释了，这个确实没办法帮到大家（Amazon的Abuse Team成员在印度和中国都有
，但是不在北美，实在是不认识什么那边的人）。
顺便提一下，和Seller有关的信息是另外一条独立的Seller系统，我也是没办法看到的

doesn't conflict with mine.
Men shall not using their power to abuse their partners. The same
rule shall apply to women as well.
However, one important difference you and me argue here, which I
pointed out, women doesn't have the privilege to abuse men. And
what you described as "想都不要想，一吵架你就用最狠的话骂他，朝他脸上
吐口水，惹他打你" is clearly not only aggressive, but also manipulative.
More importantly, it is 100% abusive.
