的挡土墙,更别提那些路基加固,加筋土之类的土工结构了...

我的工作就是做桥梁设计，公司算中型吧，但东海岸的office只有我们这一个office是
做桥的，所以都不是很大的项目，一般是单跨或者多跨的钢桥或者预应力混凝土桥，最
长不过五六百feet,设计软件都不需要用SAP，汗一个。。不过设计都是一个人单独做
slab,beam,abutment,pier的设计，
然后就是preliminary design,cost estimate,quantities calculation,再就是bridge
load rating.工作是不是太简单了？但是暂时不想跳槽，公司对员工挺好的，而且给
办绿卡，所以还是想让现在的公司帮办绿卡。
请问前辈们这样的工作要怎么写广告来拒绝求职者？很真诚地希望听见你们的意见。谢
