所谓进学术界,指的是以后工作的性质而不是工作的单位,进学术届也就是以后准备投身
于比较偏理论的学术研究当中去,这其中一研究型大学为主,也包括研究所等单位.如果
进的是教学型大学而且不搞科研,那基本是不属于学术届的.北美学生多为博士学生当然
提及学术界的多了,美国本科生也基本没人提academia的.至于工业界则是和学术界相对
的一个词. |

失眠精神衰弱也很少造假的。 更不要说靠造假混sci, nature搏将来的出身这种事。
而相对来说， 印度土耳其东欧这种国家出来的学生， 科研道德素质相对可就差的很
了。
这么多年的积累， 米国academia里的老板对中国学生的信任度普遍都非常的高。
这些都是当年跟国内老板或者国内好大学风气一脉相承下来的。 |

美国为什么没这个现象， 都是从实际利益出发的， 无论男女， 为了拿钱都得尽心干
活。
就是academia里面的女教授， 因为性别比例照顾拿到职位， 能力上可能会有欠缺，
但是一样跟男学生每天12个小时+工作到半夜1，2点的。 主观上的勤奋与努力一点都不
能缺。
国女就是光想着照顾， 生理劣势理所当然， 还abuse, 就跟贫民区的latino女一个德

是大律师或者混银行的，
和我合作的小老板的LD就是一个律师， 一个大case的收入就能近百万。
经常跟我抱怨他要给他的两个teenagers girl早上穿衣服多困难， 还有带去家长会如
何的。 然后他们家安排vocation什么的全要跟着LD的schedule走。 |

2011的美国人口普查显示，华裔在在美国有380万居亚裔中第一位。第二的是菲律宾人
，第三是印度人290万。亚裔家庭收入中值是69K，而印度裔的家庭收入最高，达到了90K.
很多华人都看不起阿三，可是人家居然挣得比我们高。我们混得的确不如阿三，很丢脸
吧？
我就奇了怪了。印度那种国家，男尊女卑。主要是男的挣钱养家。他们大多数也是回家
娶媳妇，女的来这里也大多数不工作，而老中呢？一直讲求男女各占一边天的，女人也
挣钱，可是就是这样家庭收入居然还是被基本上是一个男人挣钱的印度裔给超了。这说
明啥呢？我看有以下几个因素导致人家比我们高。
1.中国人学历看似挺高，可是挣得钱低。华人不少Ph.D只拿master的工资，大家都接受
