companies。大家会怎么回答呢？
这个也算吃着碗里，想着锅里的。但找工作总想找更好的，而且有面试机会也想试试。
不想直接和人说我已经有offer了。

was approved. Don't worry! Check with your lawyer often. USCIS will send
approval notice to your lawyer first. |

active interviews. So the only option is to accept it and then keep looking.
Also sounds like you don't like your job at all and are not confident in
doing a good job. Consider switching to another field whenever the right
opportunity comes.

感觉他们的顺序很奇怪和别家不一样
那个head打电话说要verbally 给我一个offer, 然后让我verbally accept他们再发
document。 我心想这不是得让人考虑一下吗， 还傻兮兮的说给我两天考虑一下。
就觉得她不太爽， 然后说给我一星期。
后来同时告诉我说verbally不需要任何的responsibility 答应了也没什么。 然后我
就说我跟她发邮件说准备接受这个offer(虽然他们还没发）
然后他们才发offer, 同时发来了background check的authorization form，这个比
offer letter还先到。
这个职位是base在国内的，说实话这边如果有更好的机会我肯定还是想留下来。 我的
问题就是， 我理解一般是不是接受了offer公司才会在入职前进行background check
。 如果background check了之后再拒绝的话算是很伤ＲＰ的那种吗？目前我只是口头

本人生物千老，一直很喜欢CS，自学过JAVA, PYTHON, PHP编程，精通mysql数据库，自
己开发过好几个动态网站，也自己看过算法，觉得一般的应用型的project还都能应付
，没有正式修过课。
想正式修一个CS的学位，为以后转行找个CS相关的工作（比如马公），所以上个月申请
了UIUC的网络CS硕士。今天收到email,没打开之前还以为是一封据信，打开了一读才知
道不像是据信。里面说让我在2014年秋季之前以non-degree student修两门 CS 400 or
500 level的课程，如果我每门课拿到A-或更好，则会在2014年秋季给我转成正式的
degree student.
我打算纯自费的读，大家看看这个值得冒险吗？还是老老实实的先去补上几门CS本科的

现在找人Refer Google，前两天recruiter发给我一个邮件让我填一些问题，比如Legal
Name之类的，成绩单，然后还有please let me know if you have any sensitive
timelines or have already received or accepted an offer. 我就填了我已经接受X
公司的offer。
今天那recruiter发邮件给我说恭喜我已经有了Offer，我们honor your commitment to
the X company and will withdraw your application。太囧了。
请问这搞的是哪回事？还是说以后不要跟recruiter说已经接受了其他公司的offer。 |

如果是口头答应了，以后收到更好的再反悔拒掉，个人觉得相对伤害小一些，毕竟没有
任何纸面的东西，最多就是进了这家公司的黑名单。
个人意见，当然了即使是接受再反悔也是伤人品的事。

seller是2/26/2010签的字。。。
本打算4月8号close的，但由于seller不能那时候搬出去，要求多住6天，但不愿意交
security deposit，所以我们在4月7号back out了。
seller要earnest money，开始我们没答应。seller现在说要告我们。。。
请问如果上法庭，我们会被charge比earnest money更多的费用吗？我们的contract是
有效的吗？还能拿回earnest money吗？我们的”contract“上写的是4/25或之前close

seller's title insurance information. The cost will be much lower. But our
realtor said the lender may not accept the reissued title insurance because
this is a new purchase (not refinance). We have asked our loan coordinator
