SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah has accepted an invitation to
become the 12th member of the newly expanded Pac-10 conference.
University president Michael Young said in a release that the Utes are
pleased to accept the invitation and join Colorado as the Pac-10's newest

department) from an engineer, but there is no salary increase because of the
financial situation of the company.

一审后，EIC给出大修的意见。
第１个REVIEWER说很好。
第２个说ACCEPT AFTER REVISION。不过他提到了我们的模型很多其他发表的文章一样
没有独立VALIDATION数据论证，让我们补充说明这点。
最后ASSOCIATE EDITOR给出了负面意见，没有具体要求，只说文章没啥实际意义。
大修是尽量按第１，２个REVIEWER给出了详细回复，同时按要求修改了论文。AE的意见
也详细地解释。为了让AE改变意见，还特地收集了VALIDATION 数据。
结果修改稿送上去后２周REVIEW结束转到AWAITING AE RECOMMENDATION阶段。在这个阶
段等了快２周到现在没结果。第一次DECISION IN PROCESS大概就几天。
难道又是同一个AE给最后意见？他要觉得没意义，当初可以不必送出去REVIEW才对 |

我一篇文章投IEEE 的一个Journal，两个月前major revision 过，
今天AE决定给Accepted with minor revision (AQ).
但是其中一个reviewer提出了新的问题，主要是说文章里面的仿真都是simulated
data, 为什么没有 real data. 我觉得很无奈，也不知道怎么回答。事实上的确很多
信号处理算法的文章中的仿真都基于simulated data的。
我想问的是，这种情况下，如果我修改了以后还是simulated data, 但是说一些
为什么没有/不能 用real data 的原因，是不是也可以通过？还是还有可能被拒？

CVPR 2008. 2-3 years ago, its submission number is around 1300, now around

time.
The final outcome is fine.
I don't know if you can still keep your original interation. Sometimes the
change is made by the flight company and you can not control it.
