先跟病人致歉所造成的困擾，告訴他手機的IMEI你會報失竊，一旦手機使用就會被鎖住
，user location也會被鎖定。再請病人問一下家人，鄰居有沒有先收到這個包裹才轉
交給他，同時你會先跟Fedex claim，但需要一些working time。
你先這樣跟病人講講看，還先不用報失竊，很多evil在這個階段就會改口說東西找到了。 |
