九月十二日的那个周末和南湾的一个登山俱乐部的人一起去爬 Mt Whitney。我
们上山走的是 Mountaineer's Route，然后从 Main Trail 下来，早上四点三刻
出发，下午五点一刻回来，总耗时十二个半小时。
1. The Acclimation，半个 Mt. Dana
由于之前回国的几周都没怎么动过，对自己的身体状况没什么底，再加上也要对
高海拔有所适应，便决定周五去爬 Mt. Dana。原计划早上七点出发，中午便能
到 Dana trailhead，留4－5个小时爬山，下午四五点便能出发去 Whitney
Portal。但由于一些意外的耽搁，到 Yosemite 东门的时候已经一点半。 而且
天上也开始有云聚集，于是决定边走边看，走多少算多少。

地板（red oak),打磨，刷漆，人工。他建议我用unfinished的木头。这样可以match厨
房那块地板的颜色。大家觉得这个价格合适么？我需要用unfinished的木头么？我个人
觉得颜色上稍微有点差异问题不是很大。unfinished的木头和finished的价钱和品质上

今天的任务仍然是acclimation，目的地是Huascaran NP里海拔4600m+的Lake 69，这也
是3-4天的Santa Cruz小环线和10+天的绕Blanca山系大环线的一部分。因为路途远，出

是很好的公路，经过几个或大或小的城镇，快到Yungay的时候，迎面看到一个伸开双臂
、立于三层圆形平台之上的耶稣像。据向导说1970年秘鲁最高峰Huascaran的一次大雪
崩摧毁了其南面的整个山谷和途径的村庄，雪崩的末梢淹过Yungay，毁掉了整个城镇的
几乎所有建筑。现在看到的这个耶稣像就是旧城的原址，新城重建在不远的地方，我们

You should lose weight, for your height, I would say at least go down to
160lbs.
Running on concrete is okay when you are no longer overweight, I have the
perfect dirt running trails that I had been running for a long time, but
recently I shifted to the adjacent biking lane. I believe running on
concrete is better for the purpose of running form and acclimating to race
condition |

1. 电影127 hours的原型，用pocket knife把自己的胳膊割下来逃生的climber，现在
就在Aspen的Ute mountaineering店里工作。
2. 跑山很有意思，比一般的trail running更极端一些。进程得按爬升算，以1000ft为
单位，而不是算mileage。
3. 现在过了13000ft就基本跑不了上坡了。大坡度要用手压在膝盖上。看Kilian
Jornet跑Kilimanjaro，19000ft，那真是神人啊。
4. 高原训练一大好处是恢复快，因为跑不快，心跳可以随便push。这次来了Aspen之后
就没跑进过7分。有时在trail上跑下坡正得意着呢，一看305，8－9分pace。记得两年
前来这里跑tempo的时候最快也就刚近7分，还是3％的下坡。上坡时根本跑不到7分。所
以说如果为了提高sea level跑步的速度，高原训练之后还得在sea level跑几周，把速
度找回来。
5. 以个人经验，8000尺的altitude acclimation最少要4天，理想要两周。前三天那真

是的，金鱼温柔敦厚，见人摇尾巴，从人手里吃食，有的任人抚摸，能活十几年。
形态各异，颜色丰富，憨态可掬。
而且维护简单，就是每周换水，每月换滤片，有时间陪它们就行。
养鱼其实不久，家有三条分别叫 Bumblebee the Common, Ladybug the Fantail, Nasa
the Oranda，为儿子女儿我在另一个空间的投影。斗胆分享下拥有身心健康的金鱼的
十条撇步。
1. fish tank
一寸鱼两加仑缸。除去尾巴，如果一条鱼2寸，三条鱼的话就12加仑，不能再小了。因
为鱼会根据缸的大小控制自己的大小，但内脏会持续成熟，缸太小鱼就撑死了。如果不
想鱼被束缚在狭小的空间里，就象鸡场里的可怜的鸡，鱼缸得是3倍鱼长的宽，2倍鱼长
的厚，1.5倍鱼长的高，那么就是9倍的鱼长的立方。成熟的鱼大概会8寸到12寸，所以
40加仑左右的缸大概是必须的。水缸越大，水质越稳定，越容易保持鱼健康。

，但是这也是没办法的，我安慰自己的话就是鱼要挂是没有办法的。我们第一次养
rummy nose的时候，一批一个礼拜里面都挂了，还是已经建立好的缸。后来回到买那些
rummy nose的店里，发现他们剩下的那些都长了ich，很安慰不全是我们的原因，因为
有可能我们买的那些本身就有问题，虽然没有马上表现出来，但各种stress就不行了。
你要是认真想好好养鱼的，那就要有耐心一步一步来。先做好功课布置好鱼缸，然后加
水加食物加细菌培养细菌，然后加鱼。正常的鱼缸过滤加热都是24小时开着的。一般鱼
出问题，无非就是升温减食换水(lujp87284273的经典总结)。小鱼缸没有其他鱼的话整
个鱼缸加热就是了，没有必要捞出来，但是有植物的鱼缸是不能随便加温加盐的，这种
情况就要捞出来了。捞出来的鱼也是要过日子的，所以一切条件都必须具备，比如要过
滤，要有细菌，要保持温度（尤其是需要加温治疗的话）。细菌从已建立鱼缸里弄点
gravel或者过滤器里的media就可以了，不需要从0开始。鱼很难饿死的，一个礼拜不喂
