非会计),在美国有1年小公司实习,现在在一个也是非常小的公司做accounant.
本人现在这个公司只有15个人左右,只有我一个会计,所以我要什么都做.不过工作很轻
松,没有什么压力,也不用担太多的责任.工作轻松自然工资也不高,刚刚4万过一点,也没
有什么benefit.但是有点混日子的感觉,而且拿不到cpa license.而且小公司不正规,老
板开人很随意.
最近刚刚得到一个offer,是一个non-profit,entry level的position.公司大概200人左
右.各项福利都不错,工资5万出头.但是有一个问题就是离家太远.单程开车大概50 mile
,而且traffic很严重.或者需要把车开到地铁站,再坐地铁,总共时间要单程2小时.

税单低(他税单上的total income is 14,000（最低担保线要求是19,000），而在他税
单里的wage部分只有3200$（wage-2)，其余大部分income来源是政府给的失业救济金）
，他说他去年一直出租了一个房间，因为是pay cash，所以没有报税，如果他把这个房
租的税补上，，税单的total income 会达到19,000. 这样税单可能就没问题了，他的
那个律师说税单主要看total income,即使大部分是失业救济金也算，但我总觉得人家
会看wage,所以想请教如果他把租金的税补上，total income达到19,000会不会税单就
真没问题了呢？
第二个问题是：他现在没有full time job,只刚刚找了个part-time job,10$ per hour
,不知道一周工作多少个小时，可能不固定吧，是做那种大型宴会或婚礼的server， 当
然这个工资肯定一年不够19,000$。但他有个房子（没有贷款），大概值20万$，有个

比较，两个是不同的类，虽然都有term这个词。 whole life要和你的saving / cd
account 比较。 就是如果你有钱放在saving accoun/cd里面 没动那么你可以买，这个
回报会比银行高很多。这表示你除了贡献银行，你并没有更好的事做了，比如房贷，比
如退休账号，比如基金什么的。你可以看成是在储蓄上额外给了一个人寿保险，另外在
遗产税上有好处。 但是如果你想把这个看成是一个保险，额外附带了投资，那么你不
适合买，因为这个肯定没有单纯的分开term+投资来的回报高。
所以我了解的很多是买了term，也买whole life. |

个人的活，问题是我工资还是比前一个工作少，要加15000。从那天开始我的上司就不
停找我茬，年终给我个不合格，我找她理论才给个及格。后来新项目都不叫我参与，会
议也不让我参加。我也通过关系捅到别的部门，上司死敌那里去了，欺负我，我也不能
让她好过不是？不过我一直就处于找工作状态，还好运气好，给我差评撕破脸后一个月
就找到工作了。这之间时间经常泡病假，中间还做个小手术，还泡了3礼拜。完全甩手
不干。现在病假泡完再随便去3礼拜他们就放我走啦。他们不知道我找到工作才辞的职
，所以说多给我一个月工资。
反正他们已经开始准备挤你走，你就多请假找工作啊。还那么认真干嘛。我新工作多
