smartcash，只给了core accout 可以是 municiple money market 或者是interest
bearing的选项
这样寄出去，fidelity知道我要申的是smartcash 么？
还有，如果要添加debit card 功能，还要求 $5000 min account balance?

payment fist and the payment was post and received online first before the $
500 post. However, I saw $500 as the Cash Advances online. I wonder if
they will charge the Cash Advances fee although I made payment first .
