第一，真是一个葫芦案。 不说官司输赢，光这个案子揭露出来的内幕，可以说是乱七

遭，完全不是这么回儿事啊。有经验的童鞋请帮忙看看，
我是修完产假和short term disability leave 还有所有的accrued paid vacation，
就没有回去上班了，提前两个礼拜发了leave notice的email给大小头儿，两个孩子太
小了，大的快3岁，小的快4个月，公司在城里，家在远郊，如果坚持上班，两个孩子没
有办法保证按时接，幼儿园不允许迟到。
总之就打电话申请unemployment benefits,头一个电话就打得吐血，等得我都快睡着了
才接通，后来更狗血，一个女的，声音相当温柔，打电话来了解情况，我就把孩子小，

是kaiser hmo)，你要用ppo就得自付额外的premium, 其他家庭成员可以享有group
insurance discount,但他们负责自己那部分的premium, 而且还没听说过有免copay免
费药的,
第二, pension reform act 1/1/13开始生效，以后sick leave balance不能再换钱了
，而且只允许用退休最后一年内accrued的vacation算到salary base里面， 所以导致
今年大批5、60岁的公务员赶在年底提前退休,
第三, salary base不再是最高的连续X年的平均工资，而是最后x年的平均工资， 杜绝
那些用狂加班那几年的最高工资来“骗”更多的退休金 |
