空调修理记之管路清洗篇
管路清洗,英文名为 flush. 为空调修理中最耗时,最困难的一项工作.
主要包括清洗condensor, high press pipe, low press pipe and evaporator.
而compressor绝对不能清洗. Accumulator 也不能清洗. 根据要求,空调
系统被拆开后,必须更换Accumulator. 所以必须将以上部件全部分离拆
开后分别清洗. 而要拆开各部分,需要专用工具, A/C and fuel line separator.
AUTOZONE有售,$10. 清洗可不能用水,必须使用专用A/C flush oil.
也可以在AUTOZONE买到,$14.
用漏斗将少量A/C flush oil由condensor的入口倒入, 等待3分钟 |

你自己加不进去的一个主要原因可能是因为r134a漏得太多，空调系统压力小，空压机
根本没转（这种情况下，低压端口测得的是高压），所以你加不进r134a,你需要把
cycle off的反馈电路短路然后再加就可以了。
请问什么是：cycle off的反馈电路，怎样短路。
“cycle off 反馈电路”的英文是什么，在网上搜了，没发现。
想自己试试，如果不行就自己换compressor, accumulator, orifice. ebay上要便宜很

disappointed by the stress-test results and the increasing accumulation of "
shadow inventory" in the real estate market.
So I agree with the importance of fighting for survival in the deflationary

我自己分析了一下，觉得没有象有些人说的那样--这是个骗局啊
我想知道它的trick究竟在哪里。
以下面做的例子来看：
1. 在term有效期间过逝（前20年内），自己投资更好。term和IUL都有50万，
但IUL的cash value是拿不到的，而自己投资的钱还能拿到
2. 如果过了20年，觉得IUL应该更好。IUL的cash value是免税的。
在40年的时候，虽然自己投资是87万, IUL是74万，但这87万一交税就会少于74万。
Agent说在IUL里的钱拿出来是不用交税的，是这样的吗？
如果是的话，这个好处还是很有吸引力的。
它的trick有啥？我想了一下：
1. 这种公司容易倒闭吗？如果一倒，自己的投资就打水漂了。
2. 它有个上限是12%
3. 它有投资回报在[0%, 12%]之间，以S&P500为指标， 我对这个怀疑最大。
我觉得它不可能真的按S&P500来。如果只给个2%或者3%的话，IUL就远不好自己投资
