每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落

All my ancestors had arrived in North America by 1680; most of them got here
between 1630 and 1650. The time period from 1630 and today is, in my mind,
the full known history of my family, and what has become my nation, the
United States.
To the Chinese, that whole time period is a moment of awkward transition.

So US financial power is based on making drama scenes to force US dollars
back into the economy, and then exporting inflation to the rest of the world
