发帖数: 94 | 3 本人30多岁，直偏瘦，平时锻炼也不算多，但是也不是完全不动，以快走，慢跑，踢踢
腿，拉拉身体为主。
最近半年右侧hip和髋处疼，平时不疼，但是跑起步来疼的厉害，根本跑不了，快走20-
30分钟也会疼，我一开始以为是不是跑步的时候扭住了，卡住了，或者踢腿的时候踢很
了，要不就是没有warm up拉伤啥的。一开始也没在意，想就是停止跑步踢腿等，平时
就走走。结果半年多，还是没好好，跑两步右侧的髋骨处里面（就是右腿和身体链接处
）就疼的厉害，而且右腿感觉不得劲，感觉总有东西拽着。
于是就约专科医生看，一开始说怀疑有肌肉或者髋骨连接处撕裂，说做个outpatient的
缝合手术就好了，结果MRI做下来，说我要做个 femoral acetabular osteotomy的大手
术，就是把右腿股头截断，然后把链接的骨头和髋骨重新position,再把右腿钉上去，
说是因为右腿和髋骨链接不好是最终原因。
然后这个老头医生觉得我很可怜，不停的说很抱歉你这么惨，没有其他治疗办法了，我
差点再医生办公室哭下来。我出了医院立刻去做MRI的地方要了我的MRI结果，能否请版

Only AP and frog leg positions were obtained. There is widening of the
femoral acetabular joint space on the left. Could this be secondary to joint
effusion or possible mild dislocation? Additionally especially seen on the
frontal projection the epiphysis of the left femur is considerably smaller
of uncertain etiology. Has there been prior trauma to account for this

发帖数: 52743 | 6 你这个大概就是传说的femoral acetabular impingement syndrome吧。如果是，注意
多查查这方面的资料。保守疗法应该也是有的。还有arthroscopic surgery类的，比如
修理那个paralabral cyst.
