The guy is Guy Miller, you can pubmed him. CSYang is doing tocopherol last
time I talked to him. Although, he mentioned that his lab is also looking
at tocotrienol. As for the cancer study, Yang said the clinical trial that
increased prostate cancer incident was done poorly. The trial used wrong
tocopherol and wrong form of selenium.

发帖数: 21830 | 23 孩子，那个不叫电工胶布，那玩意叫Acetate tape,耐高温的，要20多刀一卷。那玩意
比螺丝都贵了。
能用kapton, acetate tape的笔记本都属于高级货。比如wifi天线，有的笔记本设计用
塑料cage，天线的同轴电缆在塑料cage里走线，这样设计比较美观，但走线是固定的，
受张力时，比如掉地上时，很容易抽断焊点，用Acetate tape走线，受张力时tape自动
脱落，这样能保护焊点。所以thinkpad里面的天线走线基本是copper clip加Acetate
tape.
很多台湾笔记本用的都是paper tape.你说的电工胶布根本不可能出现在笔记本上，因
为电工胶布热稳定性差。 |

1）风扇跟cpu heat sink是一体的，你拆风扇也要拆heat sink,拆完后需要重新涂
thermo paste.
2) 风扇在主板下面，拆风扇要拆整个主板，主板右侧走线不是很复杂，但上面的LCD
的FPC是用kapton和Acetate tape胶的，所以你手头除了螺丝刀，CPU thermo paste外
，还需要有kapton和acetate胶布。thermo paste到处都能买到，kapton和acetate胶布
属于工业材料，在美国不是那么好买的，ebay有大概15－20刀一卷。
一句话，没做过的话还是很复杂的。 |

your DNA should be ok.
10% Sodium Deoxycholate(M = 414.6) has lower amount of salt than 3M sodum
acetate(M = 82.03), thought precipitation should not as good as adding sodium
acetate, wierd?
But your DNA should be ok, just re-solve it and purify again, should be fine.
Only I don't know if deoxycholate will cause any unexpected reaction. hehe!

confused about one thing.
The process need a PH 3 solution with 8 M urea. The author adjusted the pH
by 0.1% acetic acid.
However, the PKa of acetic acid is 4.75. Should not the buffer always be
arround 4.75 no matter how much acetic acid I am adding?
In another word, what decides the final pH, the PKa or the concentration of
the acid?

用acetic acid 来洗掉 PMMA 残留物。
请问：PMMA 被UV 光招后 变成什么成分：是酸还是酯？如果不用acetic acid, 可以用
ethyl acetate 来洗脱吗？
