国内取款，我只用过USAA和FIDILITY, FIDILITY要比USAA汇率好一点，和原来的BOA一
样，都没有任何手续费
银行转帐，这个USAA完全胜出，USAA可以连无限的账号（可以网上直接连，这个和ALLY
一样），可以作为ACH PUSH DIRECT DEPOSIT来拿其他银行的BONUS(对于那些要求DD的
），但是从其他银行转帐多来(ACH PULL)，钱要HOLD好几天才能用； SCHWAB，需要给
银行寄申请表才能连其他账号，我嫌麻烦就没用。
利息 USAA，$1000以上有很少一点的利息。 SCHWAB，也是很少。 |

我所指出的第四条是专门针对美国银行的，而随着支票21，ACH清算加快，现在就算外
州的支票在一个工作日内也能够做到完成清算，我测试过本本，异本，异异，本异的同
同，非同支票结算（本地支票存本地本行，本地支票存本地他行，异地支票存本地本行
，异地支票存本地他行等等）其实一般都是当天半夜清算过后就能做到入账的，除非账
户行系统国内清算比较差（比如HSBC，不过他们在4-5月份就要升级系统了）当天晚上
会减少可用余额，第二天才余额改变。所以第四条我做过40余次是没有什么问题的。对
于存5天以上如果是大额的话，最近就碰到几次，在前面四天居然任何清算动作都没有
做，实际是在第五天才进行清算的，为什么？美国银行告诉我因为支票存入如果过多也
需要向安全部门报告。
所以说，从安全和不会被盯上的角度来看最安全的是本行（包括环球的比如hsb global
, citi global）相同名称转帐〉ACH所谓的本人名下的美国国内跨行转帐〉支票/电汇
〉现金
我在国内的账户也用支票，工商银行的支票。但是真不方便1，指定分行能做这个业务

原来改成了要500 dd才行，本来想直接cancel了，又觉得拍照存支票实在是方便
