在种族隔离的时候，甭管学生成绩多好，只要是黑人就不会被白人学校录取，哪个白人
学校都不行。
在同性婚姻合法化之前，甭管是多么模范的couple，只要是same sex couple就不能结
婚。
这跟SAT考 1300进不去某个大学，考了1400才会录取；或者凭现有achievements进不去
这个大学，但可以进另一所大学， 有本质上的区别。
现有的什么“achievement"? 是学生的 achievement， 还是学校的achievement 还是
社会的 achievement？ 华人谈AA的最大盲点就是永远从自己的利益出发， 就华人本身
而言没有错， 但是这个社会关心的可不会只是你这一个小族群想什么。
AA， 说穿了就是给亚裔上的“智商”税，如果亚裔以为他们在考大学的成功是智商使
然。 这和对富人抽更多的税是一回事。你讲的“ 多好的成绩， 是白人/亚裔就不可以
” 完全不符合事实。大学里乌泱乌泱的白人/亚裔才是事实。 而且事实上被告AA的哈

要求timeout, 不服从，aide强行把他带到timeout的地方，小孩踢了打了aide. aide
有些scratch和mark. 然后aide filed了police report，小孩被开除，要求在家里学
习。
前几天学校叫小孩去学校参加mandatory test, 要求家长在。小孩和妈妈去了，然后
小孩被逮捕，在监狱里自己带了一个晚上，第二天上庭后释放。5月11日再次上法庭。

achievement tests.
The Illinois Standards Achievement Test (ISAT) measures individual student
achievement of grade 3-8 relative to the Illinois Learning Standards. The

举个版上活跃的J某人的例子好了
第一：只听得到自己想听的。
一句“我经理说我是他见过最高效的员工了”被他挂到嘴边不知道天天念叨。不否认他
经理可能是这么说过。当然需要这么说，合适的时间鼓励表扬再正常不过了。
结果呢，这个最高效的J某人，年终review拿了个 achieve expectation. 本来achieve
没什么大不了的，我也拿过achieve，70%的人都拿的是achieve。可是你拿了achieve然
后说自己多么辛苦多么高效多么能干天天加班。那只能说你真弱。被manage out是迟早
的。
第二：永远都是受害者
一旦有什么事情不合心意了，马上开始找各种外部原因。老板是印度人的话就简单了，
直接甩锅说印度人打压我咯。老板是中国人呢，就说老中欺负自己人。自己身体出了问

an achieved 10yrs old. Therefore, the events are all equal across all ages.
Otherwise, you will have to impute different events to different ranks and a
rank analysis, such as the Wei-Lachin multivariate rank analysis....but I
