发帖数: 2634 | 1 长跑脚跟背后疼是很常见的伤痛，据说有10%比例。这种伤痛
大体有三种，1. achilles bursitis 2. achilles tendinitis
3. both achilles bursitis and achilles tendinitis。
其中第一种， achilles bursitis， 比较好治。这种伤痛也可能是
由于意外磕碰引起，然后由于在未痊愈的情况下长跑导致病情恶化长期不
能康复。我一直以来饱受这种伤痛困扰。主要是当初以为可以run through。
所以伤痛反反复复。在二月份没有这个问题的脚后跟也不幸在搬家的时候严重
磕碰。后来停跑，好像好乐。上个月恢复长跑后慢慢增加里程，不过到70+mpw
后又复发。于是赶快找了运动医生和physical therapy专家。在他们指导
和严厉约束下，现在已经又好乐。问医生是不是可以开跑，结果被严厉
批评一番，命令我在得到许可前一步也不能跑。据医生讲，根据个人情况不同，
也许要两到三个月或者更长时间。但是他说我的伤情是很轻微的，他治愈过
严重多的，关键要老老实实完成每天的康复训练并且一定要不惜一切代价避免
再次受伤。

my legs after a run or a pickup game; and I always ran at full speed either
on track or on court with the pain.
Now I stretch for 5 minutes after each run and I only run at a predetermined
speed and distance to be on the safe side. But the good news is that I have
not had achilles tendinitis for 4 years while playing hoops and running
loops! |

Justice prevailed shortly thereafter (the next day) and X. Henry blew out
his Achilles Tendon and is finished for the season (just like that injury
Kobe had two seasons ago). The message to all Lakers is to start paying
attention to JLin when he's talking to you and, if you keep siding with the

, I did not take it serious. I finished recent race without much pain, so I
thought I can recover much quickly.
After a soccer game three days after marathon, followed by two days of
recovery run of 3 miles each. I suddenly found myself in a new territory of
injury never happened to me before, achilles tendinitis. Google how it could
happen, and causes apply to me.

我先贡献两个。
Hermione 这个名字来自古希腊神话，是斯巴达的公主，传说她妈海伦跟特洛伊的王子
Paris私奔了，他爹纠集了一帮英雄好汉渡海去围攻特洛伊，双方大战十年死伤无数，
最后放木马焚城……然后hermione她爹妈和好如初……好像跑题了。
Minerva这个名字来自罗马的知识，魔法，医药，商业和防御女神，和希腊的雅典娜是
一个神。如下图为美国国会图书馆的Minerva画像。
Minerva或者athena出现的时候会有一只“猫头鹰”，一根长矛，一个头盔，Aegis（包
括一个用蛇发女妖的头装饰的盾牌和(或)一个用蛇发女妖的头装饰的兽皮甲）和胜利女
神Nike。实际上Minerva这个名字一出现，结局就已经暴漏了。

慢慢可以恢复，可一个月过去了，才好了六成的样子，单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很
吃力。今天仔佃查了下，应该是跟腱炎achilles tendon；期间还是一直在练球，休息
不够，变成像网球肘一样的毛病了。悲惨啊，接下来打球不能跑不能跳了。。。

没有TRUCK没有YARD。一个普通的SHEV,后座可以放倒。
钓鱼也就在附近公园的湖里，应该属于风平浪静那种。目标鱼主要是CRAPPIE。
打算弄一条充气船，两/三个人的就可以。关键是要能收起来放进车后备箱。:)，也许
根本就没有这种船，那样的话，我也就死心了。
大家有什么经验，是不是一定得配个trolling motor （motor 好办，就是电池麻烦）？
有没有什么特别的牌子，型号可以推荐的？小弟也研究了一下，那种硬底的，虽然好，

出上海用ap没问题。sfo入关，首先是普通队，问了些问题，然后被要求去secondary

的是有大游艇的，也主要在海洋外岛使用，因为大船无法靠近小岛，所以大船停在外海
，用inflatable上去。或者专业人士，用来救援，军事等用途。

是cadet系列了，价格和achilles差不多了，这类船最吸引人眼球的，是军用级别，可
惜价格太高了。
通常来说，钓鱼其实不用这类的inflatable，因为海钓来说，用这类船的概率很低，上

这些估计速度比较慢，重量倒是相对比较轻。老大除了考虑sea eagle，在inflatable
世界里，两个品牌是鼎鼎大名的，Zodiac和Achilles，产品分军用/即军事，救火，救
灾，工作inflatable，这些价格不菲，用几十年没问题。
民用部分，这两家公司的inflatable主要是给大船，帆船，做dingy boat用，即cruise
时候，大船无法靠近海岛，沙滩，或者其它的娱乐项目，或者从码头到anchor的大船，
使用inflatable，所以抗岩石摩擦能力较强，一定的抗风浪和速度，基本都是用汽油马
达。
种类上，分RIB，即硬底和可折叠。

材料部分，主要是PVC和Hypalon，差别主要在PVC抗磨，尤其是Zodiac，Hypalon是杜邦
公司生产，停产几十年还是十几年了，但各家公司依然生产Hypalon为主要材料的
inflatable，原因是一般的Hypalon材料，可以使用高达30多年，一般设计上就是二三

发帖数: 4931 | 49 I had an easy run today. My left achilles started to hurt after 9 miles so I
cut it short. It's a bit similar to the temporary inflammation of achilles
tendon I got last fall after hard workouts, but less severe because I
stopped right away when the pain emerged. My right achilles is sore as well.
I will observe it and see if I need to take a break tomorrow. |
