A year ago, we (a 1500 people company) know we would be acquired.
They promised us job security.
We were officially acquired in Sep, 2011 and a few people were
fired immediately. In 2011/12, cut one whole department, 400 jobs.
This month, more people lost jobs.
Some worked here for almost 10 years.
They reason they lost jobs is simple: they are too expensive. |

shooter Thursday by acquiring guard Jiri Welsch from the Boston Celtics
for a 2007 first-round draft pick.
ESPN Insider Chad Ford reports the Cavs acquired Welsch using a $1.5 mil
lion trade exception.
Welsch, who started for Boston earlier this season, should help the Cava
liers improve their 3-point shooting. The club is 27th out of 30 teams i
n the NBA on 3-pointers. Welsch has made 32 of 99 3-point attempts this
