semiconductor vendor to build complete solutions - GPS/BP/AP. Qcom's
acquisition of Atheros was another example. As a matter of fact, CSR
acquired Sirf for same reason. Sirf once was largest GPS chip vendor.

做这首歌的初衷其实就是因为听了龚琳娜在全能星战上的改编。当时很不爽。原本听邓
丽君版和王菲版就不太爽，龚琳娜比赛前反复强调要大改，还是“摇滚版”，以我听来
基本是新瓶装老酒，在本质上没有任何变化，就更不爽了。
对邓丽君版不爽的主要原因是我觉得喜欢它是一个acquired taste的例子。所谓
acquired taste就是你原本接受不了，但是反复听天天听，最后就听习惯了。用周星驰
的话讲就是“吐着吐着就习惯了”。类似的有今年好歌曲里赵可的“井中花”
说一首歌是acquired taste不是贬义。赵可明显是已经超越了写口水歌的阶段，所以才
会挑战自己把旋律写成那么不顺的，基本每个音都是不“合适”的。这种歌在纯音乐的
角度上是有价值的，但是它的娱乐性只有听腻了各种大俗歌的人才能接受，对大多数听
众是没有什么价值的。
现在我想反其道行之：如果把明月几时有写成一个大流行，完全没有技术上的挑战性，
应该怎么做？现在这个上阕，我感觉就像是北京马路上的社会青年哼的调调，算接地气
儿 :)。
