很简单，就是分了几个小项，每一项让报一个数，不需要任何描述和定性的信息。
我的问题是：我有两篇peer-reviewed journal articles, 2012下半年和年底被通知
accepted, 但实际的publish time是2013（现在还在in press和proof editing）阶段
。不知道这种情况是应该算成2012的"professional publications"还是2012的“
unpublished professional manuscripts written"。

yeast 2 hybrid system是两个蛋白之间的binding
yeast 1 hybrid是蛋白质和DNA之间的binding ，就象ras说的，测出的是bait和
fragment之间的结合，可以象ras说的那样fragment是library, 来找和已知蛋白
结合的特定element，也可以特定的fragment，转cDNA library进去，找和这个
fragment 结合的蛋白。 （infact that's what I did)
回来说2hybrid。transcriptional factor一般至少有两个domain: binding domain
和activition domain. binding domain binds to DNA elements, while activation

评估统计局（DREES，研调统计局）6月21日公布一篇调研报告指出，法国在养老和卫生
保健项目上的开支使得法国在社会保险开支方面位居欧盟第一名，但扶贫方面的开支远
远较少。
研调统计局总局长让-马克·奥贝尔（JEAN-MARC AUBERT）指出：“在社会保险开支方
面，法国是欧盟冠军，也可能是世界冠军。主要由于法国在老年风险（退休金、最低养
老金、照顾无自主能力者）和健康项目上开支大”。

能够仅仅靠热情，有时还是需要更平静仔细一点的考虑一些来龙去脉，这样将来的策略

我也看到这里有些朋友，例如TIANYUMI在几天前提出了自己的相当系统和有主线的思路
，可能更偏类似于我感觉的那第一种思路，我能从中学习到很多与我的考虑习惯不一样
的东西，我是很感兴趣和感激的。
然后我们虽然看问题角度不一定一致，但是这些讨论中才可能更加深入一点的了解许多
概念的更深层和实在的涵义。
举例说我可能还是感觉那种比较主流的权益运动的思路将越来越受到许多新的研究成果
的约束和挑战---举例说这里APTGET提到所谓新的研究成果，例如说LESBIAN家庭里的孩
子更容易去尝试HOMOSEXUAL ACTIVITES。
按照我们旧有的思路这好像还算一个问题，好像我们还得回答，其实它的本意就是说
GAY是比STRAIGHT更加低等和危险的所在，所以如果小孩子这么去学习了，不是一个问
题吗？
以后会出来很多类似的问题，它们的思路都是一致的，问题出在旧有策略的模式上：那
