在意影响因子，不干生物却甚于生物。在流体力学之外，他显然也打起了化学＋纳米＋
材料的主意，他喜欢被attention，追流行。有几篇文章nanoparticle, nanorod 是关
键词。这篇PRL的文章是他独立之后的有限的亮点文章，但却走的是nanopore（这里是
micron size)的路线，主要是实验数据总结，强的理论基础看不出来。可以预见，这哥
们儿去了南方科技大，一定会与那里的纳米灌水风气相结合，搞出很多他想要的高点数
文章来。
另，25篇文章中与其PhD 老板的文章有10篇，够成了他迄今为止有限文章引用数的绝大
部分。

不是什么美国限制出口的东西吧。
还有，可能你们误解了，不是客户要求要交消费税，是我想要不要charge 客户的SALES
TAX, 免得该charge 没charge的话，到时候要我们公司来替他交这个消费税。但是我
也在想既然是ship to China，应该就不用消费税了吧，因为消费税是按SHIP TO
address 来征收的是吧。
问了客户了，客户说他们美国公司这边没有人帮忙操作询价等。而且因为他们的最终用
户一直坚持自己来做中国那边的进口报关，所以只能用他们美国公司来跟我们签合同。
不知道是真是假。

在100名左右的学校毕业，之后又在另一个差不多的学校作了两年postdoc。Mechanical
Engineering 科班出身，项目偏 microfuidics, MEMS。找工作挣扎了好久没有着落，
望板上各位兄弟姐妹帮帮忙。简单介绍一下本人背景。
软件方面：Matlab编程计算作了好几年，python编程能上手，从没刷过题。另外，用的
熟练的专业软件：SolidWorks,AutoCAD,COMSOL,LabView
MEMS 方面：简单的sensor,actuator都上手设计过，clean room fabrication做的很多
，大部分的cleanroom 设备都用的很熟练。
Microfluidics 方面：device,实验，simulation，计算都做过。

在领域内top 杂志上发过4篇一作。也为Sensors & Actuators 做过 review.
毕业后在S&P500 company 从事了各种semicondcutor power device (HV CMOS,
bipolar, DMOS, diodes) 的开发工作
近三年 熟悉 device layout design, processing flow (BCD, BiCMOS, Bipolar).

2.大家都是怎么归类杂志的？比如一个杂志sensors and actuators B,按照thompson
reuter的分类，跟engineering不沾边，但其实里面基本都是engineering的东西。12年
如果引用10次，按照chem来，就只能算10%，但如果按照engineering来，就能到1%，如
果我claim在engineering里面算1%，io会不会觉察出来thompson并没有把它算作
engineering的期刊？

Update: 律师刚给我邮件说移民局给他们传真了RFE的内容
RFE内容很宽泛，把十条要求不满足全部否了一遍
所以应该是移民官没有收到我的材料
律师说他们会再寄一遍
仔细看了RFE
确实是每条都批了一遍
说不满足得奖，不满足membership，不满足媒体报道，不满足贡献，不满足发过文章
，不满足艺术展览，不满足critical role，不满足高工资，不满足商业成就，不满足
审稿。
总而言之一句话什么都不满足，而且一句具体的话都没有，全部是格式条文。
好歹也提交了十九篇期刊和会议的全文，三十个审稿完的thank you letter。
所以我也觉得应该是移民官没有看到材料。

洞挖的很不是地方，我反复试了没有办法把actuator 拆下来，后来只能送去dealer处
，500大洋换一个。
本来我以为是因为driver side用的多所以才会坏，结果在后来的一两年中其余的也各
坏了一遍。我现在基本上相信是零件质量问题。 |
