injured my foot, possily the tendon, when playing tennis, and the most

30mins. 没有video,就来口述。
When I went to our local library for kids books, I grabbed couple swimming
books. I forgot most of their titles, but Easy Freestyle by TI swimming
really did “sink in”. I started learning freestyle from scratch, mainly
focus on streamline and rotation. I fall in love with swimming again.
Everything felt so nice and relaxed.
Then I read Swim Speed Secrets by Taormina, Sheila, who mainly or only talks

veyr vogue and unclear.
After getting more info and reading , I do believe Ivey did this

less fluent than master Tang's Chinese. To reiterate, I was having a similar
albeit shortish experience as the OP of being addicted to gambling and not
being able to take control of my emotions while playing poker. My play was
decent but I was not able to stop and leave when I was winning and when I
was losing money oh I became a kamikaze on a mission to lose as much as I

I have been carried by ambulance and gone to Emergency Room once after I
played every day until 2AM , and go to work 7 AM in the morning for a good
of two weeks. After one day I played until 5AM and went to work, I certainly

我觉得season开始前，EA已经给你定下调调了，dv1分1到5档的话，如果你是3档， 想
让你title ,就给你4，5档的对手。如果看你夺title了，马上给你1，2档的对手，让你
suffer一下，否则人人连续夺title，还有啥意思？
EA看穿了人性的弱点，来利用这个弱点，让你addict, 包括addict to trading.
解决办法，我现在觉得就是心态问题，我们都是EA的玩弄的一个棋子。。绝对斗不过EA
。所以，心态放正，enjoy game,被平衡了也淡然一笑，才是正道。
再不行的话， 去玩h2h,但是我保证h2h里面也有EA的搞怪。但是肯定没有FUT严重，因

购物能让自己过得更好的幻觉。买东西的时候感觉不错，过后感觉更差，因为愧疚。很
多时候买的东西也没什么用——化妆品屯着，包包用几次就放着，衣服更是穿不到几次
家人还纵容我这种行为，觉得我在外读书怪可怜的，老鼓励我多给自己买点东西。我觉
得自己现在真有点sick，其实我80%的时候都只是用10%的东西
