到irs寄来的表格8812,说我们可以claim additonal child tax credit. 然后我们就按
照要求赶紧填了寄了,又把07年的补填了.后来一直没有消息.

2. one child
3. rent
4. put 11k to 401k from my payroll
5. standard deduction
6. No other income
7. No other deductions
I google W4 calculator and I found we should set allowance to 0 and use
additonal tax withholding.
Is my calculation for W4 correct?

JHQ says dual status does not provide additonal tax benefits, unless you are
married. But I wonder whether dual status can provide tax benefits for
stock capital gains -- because a nonresident needs to pay 30% tax regardless
of income, while a resident may fall into a lower tax bracket. |

3650X3=10950, 交税算法就是
60000-11400-10950=37650，该交税4841，减去child tax credit 1000, making work
pay credit 800, 最后交税是3041，对吗？
看来这个收入多个孩子也就是省个1000多点零头了，不能claim additonal child tax
creit, 也不适合EIC了 （收入超过了40545）。
如果再加上claim父母为dependent,则再减去3650X2=7300，AGI变成30350，该交税3719
，又多省了1100刀。
请大家帮着看看我算的对吗？ |

按你所说：你2013已经交的税是$800,这个800应该填在F1040,line72,也就是你的total
payment.如果你只有一个孩子，并且满足maximum amount的child tax credit$1000,
这个1000应该填在1040 line 51.
1040的line 65是用于figure out additional child tax credit,也就是说如果你的收
入不满足basic child tax credit话，你或许仍旧可以满足additonal child tax
credit. |

withhold,请问这个修改会追溯到10月以前吗，还是只从下一次paycheck开始生效? 比
如我想additonal withhold $300,今年还剩6次paycheck，那W4的addition withhold
per paycheck填$50就行了吧。

said that in a million years he would not call that a dent, and it will
happen with any lense barrel of metal construction, and it's probably
resulted from wrapping (I don't think soft paper wrapping would cause that).

to keep the lense though. Don't know what to do now.
