这个是鼓励小企业的。收tax很麻烦，需要软件计算.
好像这个法案还没通过立法，只是提议。另外还有两个bill, 也是关于 sales tax的。
目前来讲，shipping addr的州如果你没有office啥的，就不用charge tax. 如果那个
州没有sales tax, 就更不用啦 |

home address就没有国家的栏。Part-Year Resident就更不象乐，要填什么
School district，好象跟孩子上学有关。。。
到底改添什么表呀？如果是IT-203，Permanent addr怎么填？ |

仅供参考：
1. 就是身份证号，你肯定有，对吧，还是填了吧。
2. mailing addr一般是你现在居住的地址，如果你现在住址是美国地址，就写美国地
址，没什么关系。 另外H4签证和护照收件地址是另外填写的，现在一般是选择你所在
城市的中信银行，护照收到后银行会通知你，你在去银行拿护照。
3. 你自己就是主申请人，选H4.
4. 我想你需要填写你老公信息的，而且你回去签证肯定需要带他797的复印件。 |

If you got it, make a copy of that notice. Send the original notice and a
letter together to your local USCIS office (the addr is shown in your FP
notice).
As for the date, you may suggest to change to your preferred one, but it is
up to USCIS whether they approve that or not... |

or your lawyer simply didn't get the RFE, etc. etc.)
An un-answered RFE is the most common reason to deny a 485 case according to
google results. There are many other stupid reasons. But 99% of them point
to stupid USCIS mistakes. So just relax.
btw, USCIS is really notorious on handling RFE, address and so on - what the

the other office he works at charges almost double. (The other office owner
is a specialist the same specialty as my husband , vs the low price one
owner is a general dentist). It is about one hour north of downtown at city
north chicago. There are several dentists working there. The price is
probably one of the lowest in the area. Of course in terms of looking for a
good dentist, I would recommend my husband.:-)
