04／20收到REF(主 EVL／medical 副medical)，律师有点拖，一直到05/05才send出去
，同时附上了transfer申请，05/06 online状态显示收到REF response。
本来打算05/06同天做SR，律师认为REF会回到同一个officer手里who should also
process the transfer申请，如果file SR，可能会被另一个officer把case pull去，
引起delay。所以没做SR，也没找议员。
顺便问个问题：“after this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later” 是什么意
思，我 要做什么吗？

天邮寄了welcome notice (但是好像还有一个adit processing,考古了一下，问题不大
，就是finger print) ，感觉中奖了，赶上了这个财年的尾巴。主副申请人同绿。
