warranty1年了, Amex上面说是aditional year, 我这个超出了Amex说的aditional

我的情况是：
全程Air Canada，美国签证仍有效；
美国－多伦多（中转）－香港；香港－多伦多（中转）－ 美国。
我把Delta数据库查到的结果贴一下。我的理解是从香港回美时是肯定不需要transit
visa。但从
美回国这段Delta数据库给的解释仍然有点模糊，让人不放心。注意下面note39687那一
段。意思是
如果其它条件符合但美国签证已过期，如果旅客能证明之前入美合法并没有逾期滞留的
话，transit
from USA is permitted (从美国出发回中国在加拿大转机是允许的？？？)允许和不需要
transit visa是一回事不？
高人过来帮看看阿！！！
真TMD鄙视加拿大，自己把自己当一回事。老子中转过无数国家都没听说不出关还要签

nse Ratio很低的Fidelity或Vanguard等的index fund。不过一般来说，在没有公司mat
ch的情况，而又收入有限的情况，建议是先max IRA，因为选择更加灵活和可选的fund比
较多，再考虑是否max 401K。
IRA的I是Individual，只要你满足个人收入的一些要求就可以自行购买Roth IRA or Tr

今天Appraisal发现才 2700 sqt，足足小了600多尺。
Appraisal价钱是跟我们买价一样，但是比较其他几个房子，应该至少低两万。
请问现在能怎么办？
能找Appraisal重新估价吗？
我们估计原因是地下室 一部分面积加进去了。
但是我们的Agent从来没提过，尽管我们买房的要求就是至少3000尺。
我们自己也看过同区几个List 2700尺的房子，感觉比这个小多了。
另外，广告上写的 in over 3300sq ft with an aditional level of finished space

临走我说我要travel，她就让我出示机票然后到对门盖章，章盖到了，但是我查状态还
是Decision，这种情况应该就不会反悔了吧…应该就不需要担心补材料的问题了吧…
