CP 1273 ？？？）。 只能说幸运的吃够了自己的。当然细算FFA，FY13的EB23实际上是
少了我们200~300个名额。
为了准确，还是以2800 + adjusted value from FB吧，也就是3000（EB2）， 2700（
EB3）。还是保守点吧。 |

发帖数: 3373 | 21 昨天在公司上楼的时候把跟腱撐了一下，虽然不影响走路，但是跑动起来还是有感觉。
为了不加重伤势，我今天干脆就试验了一下按照原始MAF心率跑步。根据算法，我的MAF
在不作adjust的情况下跟我的70% MHR基本重合，所以target是保持心率在140-145之间。
在gym跑，同一台treadmill，同样的跑4麦，同样的warm up routine。我平时都是跑
7mph，今天第一个mile跑6mph，然后测心率。
基本上，我跑6mph的心率都恒定在141上下，跑完4麦之后也就是143，所以心率变化很
小，跑步速度也就一直恒定在6mph。以往常的7pmh跑步，跑完之后心率要到158-160上
下，虽然我仍然可以自然呼吸(不会上气不接下气)，但是我会明显感觉到体力的消耗，
而且身上衣服要湿透。但是跑6mph也就是额头出点儿汗，背心那块儿稍微有点儿汗。换
句话说，跑完4麦我基本上没啥感觉。
事实说明，跑MAH一定要根据个人情况调整。我本人跑步，MAF看来的确是在155上下。 |
