2) I-485 提交了 180 天未决；
3) 新职位和 I-140 上的职位是相同或相似。
这是指雇主支持型的，象 NIW 等是没有 180 天的要求。但职位的要求，都是一样。

我每个月都要adjustment一下啊.8月底的时候开通的，现在已经3个billing cycle了，
rate还是45（我是6m）的。
我觉得直接申请adjustment还有用一点，电话没用，我已开始也是电话的，那个人说了要帮我credit结果没有。adjustment的交流结果要写邮件的，到时候也好argue一点。
不过adjustment也看运气啦，有的人好一点，有的人自己都搞不清楚。
第一次adjustment的时候att的人说第一个先credit差额给我，后面的差额在第二个
bill上看得到，结果第二个bill没看到，我第三个月申请2个adjustment，这次是另一
个att的人说什么要到12月才能有，promotion要时间balabala。还说什么第一个月的
credit其实不应该给，要一起到12月给。还说什么原来rebate的75刀的modem也不应该
给啦，那个只有同时有电话服务的才给啦之类的。我没管，给第一次处理的那个人写邮
件，那个人说11月的时候rate和adjustment一起给。
现在就等11月了。

I should say it's the worst store I ever experienced in my shopping history
- dishonest, judgemental, and totally unprofessional.
On Sunday I jumped on the deal of a printer which qualifies a recycling
rebate, then drove to pick it up. I paid $50 and asked the associate (named

发帖数: 32 | 43 关于H1B持有人是否使用AP、EAD的问题已经被问了无数次， 版主可不可以置顶一段时间。现在很多人都有EAD、AP但485还要1－2年才批，一个清晰的FAQ相信对大家都有益。
以下是我目前所了解的情况，有些地方我还有疑问，请大家补充，更正，我会及时更新：
以下先集中几个关键问题，一些常识以后补充：
（1）用了EAD，就是AOS，就不是H1B，不是non-immigrant了,这个大家都知道。
万一485出问题，你必须马上离开美国，这个虽然很麻烦但不可怕。
关键是Out of Status 的开始计算时间，因为这关系到3年/10年不得入境的条例。根据下面皮匠的blog以及他引用的USCIS的说明，OOS的开始时间是485被据那一天，而不是EAD使用的那一天。这样使用EAD就不用担心这个问题了。

（2）H1B的I-797还有效，但没有H1B visa stamp，使用AP入境，能不能保持H1B，如何做？

今晚3月底，我从原来租住的公寓搬到另外一个公寓。原来的公寓叫Avalon Bellevue，
在Bellevue市中心。搬走之前3个星期，他们就派了一个人到我的单元去检查，叫初步
检查，目的是看看有多脏和有没有损坏，给出一个初步的估计，估算一下我搬走之后要
给他们付多少钱。
当时初步检查的结果是：(1) full apartment clean – $125 (2) full painting –
$160 + paint $26 (3) full carpet cleaning – $60 (4) kitchen drip pan
replacement – $24。加起来大概395美元。
我是同意其中的（1）和（4）的，因为我搬走没时间去清洁，也不想清洁，所以他们要
做个彻底清洁的；而（4）的意思是厨房的炉子上的那4个炉头下面的铁的垫，要换新的
，才$24美元，可以接受。
但是我基本上不认为他们需要把整个套间重新刷一次（full painting），也不需要把
