No talking at night – keep the lights off and let her know that everyone
sleeps at this time (including her!)
Start with a routine – bath, book, bottle – before bed at the same time
every night. Then lights out and don’t turn them on until the morning. Also
don’t take her out of her room (space) if you can help it.
She will get the hang of it – she is adorable!
I would change her in the dark and not talk to her and then I would feed her
and then rock her back to sleep |

不过话又说回来，我女儿也经常被人夸cute,adorable (从来没有人说过 durable, lol

那天我带她去医院急诊，一个女老外一直在说好可爱啊，跟天使似的，跟洋娃娃似的（咱
中国孩子对他们不就是洋娃娃么？），还非要我把女儿领到那个女老外的老妈那里让老
老外
也开开眼。
我也挺美，不过也有自知之明，知道女儿不是什么美人胚子。 |
