发帖数: 9604 | 13 202延伸已经被联邦批准了，计划是今年夏天动工。现在Gila印第安社区和Tukee的PARC
还在和ADOT打官司希望能阻止施工。好像7月中旬会出结果。
要想了解受这条高速影响的地区情况，可以在ADOT的网站上找：
http://azdot.gov/projects/phoenix-metro-area/loop-202-south-mountain-freeway/overview
点“right of way maps”就能看到地图了。
现在应该是买不到落在高速right of way上的新房了。买到了也当不成钉子户。因为是
政府项目，ADOT会用eminent domain以市价把房子买走的。你说的新区如果是17th Ave
& Pecos那个的话，只是紧挨着高速，而不是在高速ROW上。那3所学校离高速也都还有
一段距离。Tukee还有些学校将来会挨着高速的。
还可以考虑85284，特别是warner ranch. 这个区学校不错，交通也很便利。 |

本周三online开了PNC的Virtual Wallet，并用Chase Freedom Visa做了initial depos

申请Amex的Golden Delta Skymiles卡，开卡bonus有35,000 miles，并且免第一年年费
。这个deal还是很少见的，一般给到30,000 miles就不错了（AA, UA, Delta, etc），
大部分航空卡常年是25，000 miles。可以申一张personal，再申一张business。70,00
0 miles够一张暑假回国机票了。
当然delta今年有过50,000 miles的开卡bonus，但那个可操作性比较差，除非申请人马
上要坐飞机。

2. seek legal advice from a lawyer. I would not do anything before I talk to
a lawyer. In government, they cannot just lay you off and fire you. They
have to give you a reason. If they only lay you off without a reason, you
should definitely go to court with them. They have deep pocket. Who care if
you can get a refer letter from them or not.

you can transfer the credit from the City to ADOT.
Also, I don't agree with waterpik. If your I140 approved and 485 pending for
over 180 days, your employer cannot do anything with your application. Yes,
they can inform CIS to cancel your 140, but it will not change anything
since you have AC 21 to protect your case.

sf. very nice neighborhood. I work in downtown phoenix. It takes me half an
hour one way to work. I like it here. Before I bought this house, I looked
at Laveen. You are right about everything of Laveen. My take is that if
everybody said Laveen is bad. It won't be good. And the value will keep
going down. They keep saying 202 will go through Laveen. I work for ADOT. It
