算是现代意义上第一支成功的紧凑自动手枪。（枪牌撸子）
然后到1904年4月第10万支出厂，到1909年生产了超过50万支，1911年FN停产这型的时
候，最后一支枪的编号是724,450
1905年6月法国的一份广告里面，一支FN勃朗宁1900标准型，45法郎；稍微雕点花，60
法郎；deLuxe雕花的100法郎。然后，一盒7.65子弹2.75法郎，25发；备用弹匣2.50法

星期天吧，天气稍凉快些，不过因为是淌水，热应该不是个问题。这个地方LA版的腐败游去过好多回的，不过都是最多到bridge to nowhere. 单程到bridge to nowhere是4.5mile大概2-3个小时吧,再往上游的话就看情况了，能走多少算多少，trail没了或者危险难过地方就回头，留够
郧跋律降氖奔洹Ｕ鰐rail在下面这个链接里有介绍的，不过他们是从trail的另一头进来，我们不可能走完他们的全程的。目前先计划9AM在trail head碰头吧。

背了30lb多一点的包，实现了五小时内上下。
1. 第一次完成Baldy Loop。第一次小跑下山，跑了个先对平缓的路线，backbone
2. 每周爬一次，总发现有可以提高的地方。东西装的比以前合理了，中间休息时效率
提高了，吃东西，摸防晒油，找出马上要用的东西一气哈成
3. 这次带的是个轻型backpacking包，Gregory Z55。Jetstream背负系统散热很好，天
热用不错。背30lb多一点还很舒服，厂家推荐35lb，估计40lb背负系统没问题。外挂点
很多，包正面的kangroo bag很实用，脱下的外衣顺手塞在里面。
不知道Gregory怎么想的，Z35只比Z55轻4oz，Z55少装点体积可以打到很小，看着和Z35
一样，一般就买Z55了。下周带个Advent Pro做个冲顶实验，好用的话上Shasta最后5000ft就用它了。

阿诺拉了三十多个人上Mt Baldy，因为主要是阿诺，Kerwin和我带队，没有特意负重，
背包在30lb以内。advent pro要退，背的还是Z55。
队伍自然分成三队，需要两头跑，岔路口等人。。。一天下来运动量也不小。最后三十
人全部登顶，包括头一次出来爬山的妹妹。阿诺这小子炼成神功，轻松背了35Kg大包上
山，汗都没怎么出。
主要试了几个新东西
1. MT HDWR Canyon Shirt and Pants，透气防晒都不错
2. Nike Patella Band，下山时很有用，省膝盖
3. Cytomax Drink Mix，初步感觉运动时比Gatorade有效很多，登山时没感觉到疲劳；
恢复很快，下来两天腿没有以往的隐约酸痛感。成分里Potassium, Sodium ...
Calories含量比Gatorade高很多，还有Gatorade没有的Magnesium，Vitamin等等。
据说可以
* 快速提供能量，增加10%的energy output
* 减少肌肉损伤，提供电解质
* 减轻20%疲劳感，减少40%乳酸形成，减少11%氧气 |

发帖数: 4574 | 12 限于冬季北美14ner，比如Shasta, Whitney, Rainier。backpacking进去住一晚，第二
天爬4000-5000尺的样子。冲顶的时候重量应该在20lb以内。
我能想到的有两种方案：
1. 背Backpacking的大包进去，少带东西。优点是少带个包；缺点是大包本身比较重，
冲顶的时候比较累。有些登山包可以卸掉头包和腰带，比如Osprey Exposure 50。但是
包大还是影响活动，比如glissading时碍事。
2. 另带一个小包上去，必须要轻量，而且容易装进大包或挂在大包外面。缺点是扎营
前多背两三磅。优点是冲顶那天背小包，轻量又灵活。这个包用来dayhike也不错。
方案一爬Gorgonio的时候用过了。想试验一下方案二，弄了个Gregory Advent Pro。这
个包2lb 12oz，35L的样子，软包容易放大包里，貌似完美。可惜这个没有硬骨架是硬
伤，装上25lb，背了一个小时。发现即使腰带勒到最紧，肩带还是压肩膀，而且包不贴
背。和有硬骨架的背包那种肩带只起稳定作用，背上很舒服的感觉没法比。
大家推荐一下冲顶包，用的比较好的dayhike |

Final Fantasy 纷争， 英雄传说空之轨迹三部曲（还有一大堆重制经典如传说系列psp
重制版，北欧女神重制版），休闲的又啪嗒砰12，太鼓达人，乐可乐可，小小大星球。

形形色色的人都有，在每天的生活当中我们就会碰到各种各样的人事物，只要我们以积
极的态度去面对，那我们就会学到很多的功课，人也会在这样的环境中健康地茁壮成长
，逐步获得一些辨知的能力，而不再是“因噎废食 ”了，就象我们生活中碰到的假币
一样，不会因为有假币而不敢使用了吧。就如我刚一接触到跟钱打交道的工作时，想以
前也从来没碰到过假币的事，就不以为然，当第一次收到了二张百元假币时才意识到这
个问题的严重性，原来我还真的不知道怎么分辨真假币呢，这才把装备这方面完整的信
息提到我的日程上来，之后就再也没收到假币了。从中可以看到虽然遇我到的是一件坏
事（损失了二百元钱），但因这件事让我有了某一方面的收获，这难道不是好事吗？就
象这个信教的问题，这个谨慎之中有好多的学问在其中啊！你有了这方面的鉴别能力，
无论什么样的人向你传道，你都不会误入歧途，也不会错过真道了。

发帖数: 106 | 45 是啊，现在我们都在追求如何达到尽心、尽性、尽意、尽力爱主我们的神和爱
人如己这一项真理。但是又没有合适的路途，而且觉得很渺茫，只是信着每个人自己心
中愿意信的那位神。也不关心神以往做了什么，为什么要那么做。更没有人关心神今天
在做什么，也不想知道神今天在做什么。因为我们觉得我们的神就是那个自己心中的那
个神，神的说话都已经在圣经里了，作工也已经在圣经里了。所以我们觉得我们信圣经
就够了，甚至把圣经看的比神还大。早就忘了神是常新不旧的神，神是包罗万有的神。
也忘了神的智慧和全能是人预测不到的这个事实了。
我们要想爱神就必须先了解神的性情和神的作工，以及神的喜、怒、哀、乐和神
的所有所是等等关于神的一切。如果没有了解就不会有真实的爱，想一想，我们要爱一
个人都要了解的彻底才会真正的爱上她/他。更何况是主宰天地万物的神呢？
虽然神的性情人几辈子都认识不完，但是我们最起码要明白一些。神喜欢什么，
神恨恶什么，怎么做才不做信神而抵挡神的事。怎么做才是不羞辱神的名，这是我们应
该认识的。也就是不做那伤神心的事，虽然我对神的认识很浅，但是就神在我身上所做
