今年澳网前我也同样地说了这句“又是一年澳网时”，但当时那个帖子可能不超过200
字 ：) 感慨是有的，但是澳网的情怀因子永远不可能赶上法网的哪怕十分之一，对于

adverse应该就能解决

最近一次用adverse/low pressure档打pmc 223，后座力明显增大，打了两百多发100%
可靠，应该是overkill了

是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。

disclaimer的。谢谢。如果实在不行，2004～2006年的也成。
是指针对三大表的，不是针对internal control的。已经见到好几个对IC出了adverse
opinion的，但三大表依旧最多是qualified而已。

1. 既然auditor发现了错误以后可以要求management 改正。 那为什么还会有
qualified 和
adverse opinion 呢?
2. 现实情况下,如果management 不改正， auditor一般是会选择withdraw
engagement,
还是 issue qualified or adverse opinion. 是不是withdraw engagement 就不能再
issue Disclaimer of Opinion report ?

样算出来的。就可以算adverse action，不论最后对XB进行了啥变换.
而且，为啥一个score非要有人类可以理解的性质呢，最后cut哪里还是算出来的吧。
对于消费者，只要越大越好就够了，管它是啥scale。 |
