到现在还留着，以后也不会丢掉。因为他的课，我对国际关系，世界政治格局，中东各
国，中国以及邻国的关系，疆独藏独，以及中美关系，有了一个全新的了解。他应该说
是一个人权斗士，与拉美社区，爱尔兰社区，穆斯林社区都有很多联系。

，所以不用看眼睛和头。
如果是从后面来的，用单手aerial block 即可，也可抱头护颈。
如果是从前面来的，上前，锁住thug的肩部，然后用knee strike， elbow strike，或
挖眼。
这个有专门的self defense class 可以上。 |

我属于沉迷于自己琢磨的那类的。以前学校俱乐部费用很低。找专业的老师比较贵，而
且我喜欢tribal style的。如果要花些钱可能就学pole dance或者aerial silk了。
