今天的地步，而且当事人已经每天写信在求，就差从人家裤裆底下钻过去求饶了。事实
是，这个贱男那么有步骤得毒害妻子，不是一般夫妻吵架意气用事那么简单，一个越王
勾践策划了那么多年的诡计会轻易放弃？他现在占尽天时地利，远隔重洋，就是要他妻
子一无所有，白白得占得钱财和孩子，完全是一个流氓强盗。讲道理已经行不通了。
当务之急的确是想办法来美国，让共同朋友取回重要文件，也可以让美国的朋友提出邀
请，做affadavit。如果他拒绝交出文件，就报警说他私扣他人文件，如果他胆敢摧毁
的话，罪名就更大。总而言之，以回来争取正当利益为由来美国和他打官司。来了之后
，他也没权不让你看孩子，天天去家门口蹲着，取得法官同情。美国民众还是挺同情弱

我和X都是去美国留学的。我自费念硕士，他奖学金念博士。我们同居在一起。我硕士2
年毕业后很快开始工作并承担起家里的主要开支，而他博士7年才得以毕业，找不到教
授或者公司里的工作，要去另一个城市做博士后。当时他心情很Down,以前一直提结婚
的事，每次我都说等我们都工作了就结，现在他工作了，虽然博士后不算是长久的工作
，但是我觉得在他低谷的时候应该支持他，于是我犯了一个致命的错误，我兑现了自己
的承诺，主动提出结婚。我们于2010年在洛杉矶结婚。婚后我继续在那生活和工作，他
去了SD做博士后，周末回来。一开始一切都不错，我们都用工作签证，绿卡都没有办出
来。

先是X要求我父母10月份来美照顾我。但是我和他们讨论后让他们12月初来，我的预产
