application, but F only affects your GPA, not your H1B, as long the
position meet the requirement of H1B, the officer will not decline the
petition just because of the F(probably the officer even did not look at the
transcript) It won't affect green card at all.

on a H1B visa and are filing EB2 or NIW? The major items in the bill (didn't
look at the details) seem to be 1) allowing illegal immigrates to apply for
citizenship; 2) stricter border enforcement; 3) more H1B for companies to
import high skilled immigrants; 4) more low skilled labor immigrants. But I
don't see how it affects us. More quota for EB2, hence the shorter waiting

call from Brother the other day saying that my toner cartridge may be
affected by some problem, and that they were shipping me a new toner
cartridge free of charge and I just received the toner cartridge, TN-330. I
bought my printer in Feb 2010. If you haven't registered, you can register
now, or you can contact CS to see if your printer is affected. I looked

tranfered J1 visa 3 times in USA, nobody asked me whether I filed I-140, and
I got new DS-2019 smoothly. If I left USA and took a vacation to China, I
am sure it would not affect my new J visa.
I would not take any risk to back to China if I knew I could be rejected my
J1 visa.

把NIW递交（知道有很大的风险因为马上找到下家会很难，但还是想试试），但老板却
以申请H1B有工资要求怕休假期间不发我薪水有人查（谁听说过这事）非要月底终止我
的合同
我有退路转H4但受家庭压力很大（不展开讲了），而且还是有一丝希望找到下家，最重
要的是想FILE NIW,目前准备进度达到80%，只等再赚1-2封推荐信.
