去查了一下，张旭总共发表了90多篇英文文章（不算中文）。回国之后作为联系作者也
有快20篇了。其中有cell, neuron, Journal of neuroscience, PNAS 好多篇。
而且他
1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益
2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？

vessel and vasoconstriction of efferent blood vessel (想像一个管子，进口要
大，出口要小，这样管子里才有足够的水压，如果进口小，出口大，就没水压了，不是
吗) vasodilation of afferent blood vessel requires prostaglandins, so
NSAIDs inhibits the vasodilation.
ACEI causes vasodilation of efferent blood vessel, buy it self, this
mechanism is very good for lowering BP and protecting the kidneys, but with

发帖数: 658 | 14 刚刚去uptodate查了一下，输入“pepper"或 "chili", 出来的只有Cayenne。原来它就
是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。

follow autoregulation.
Within the range 80-200mmhg，it regulate afferent arteriol by two potential
mechanisms: myogenic and tubuloglomerular feedback. So even though AgII
constrict efferent ateriol, the renal blood flow would be largely unchanged.
I would haven been missed an important point if I didn't ask you guys...

retention and therefore increase BP.
严重的情况是NSAIDS-LISINOPRIL-LOOP DIURETIC TRIAD contraindication
另外一种说法是NSAIDs有其他未知机理影响anti-hypertensive drugs efficacy like
