联用能缩小胰腺内分泌肿瘤，在使用
这种疗法的患者当中，84％的人达到了这一治疗效果。
这份实验数据是在一项名为RADIANT-1的II期临床实验中获得，参加这次实验的受
试者达160人。实验结果显示，晚期
胰腺内分泌肿瘤患者用Afinitor+ Sandostatin LAR治疗后，他们的病情无恶化中位生
存期达到16.7个月。
而患者单用Afinitor治疗之后，病情无恶化生存期达9.7个月，将近60％的患者体
内肿瘤体积缩小。诺华表示，在对
RADIANT-1数据的分析过程中，还将探索生物标记物，这有可能帮助研究人员确定
Afinitor给哪类患者带来益处。
值得注意的是，那些体内嗜铬粒蛋白A和特异性烯醇酶水平对药物较早出现反应的
患者病情无恶化保持的时间更长。目
前，该药正处于III期临床，研究人员将进一步对这些生物标记物加以评估，从而找出
最佳的治疗方案。

1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

对于第二点，其实，大厂们虽然在过去十几年把注意力放在合成的小分子库上，
但是并没有放弃天然产品。尤其今年，Novartis 从天然产品改良而来的抗癌
药Afinitor在第三期测试中取得成功之后，很多药厂突然开始反思是不是自然界
十几亿年进化弄出来的那些分子也许比实验室里面瞎弄出来的好使一些。
所以今年有不少药厂又重新把天然产品提到日程上来了。
但是，方舟子很狡猾的就是用了“草药”这个限定词，这个还真的连我都
被噎得讲不出话来。因为药厂并不会管那些天然产物是怎么来的，并不会把
注意力集中在“草药”上。 |
