李 洪志因驾车未系安全带而受到犯罪指控。桉件由美国新墨西哥州法院开庭审理，随
后，由于李洪 志未按时出庭，受到了第2项指控。2006年4月17日，李洪志签署了认罪
书，并支付了罚款，承担诉讼费用。并称，曾经李 洪 志2008年6月因交通犯罪在美国
受罚的记录，那次李 洪 志因超速在美国弗吉尼亚州史密斯县地区法院受罚。
