is probably true, though; I simply do not know and have no time to check.
When Pres. Clinton considered offering China WTO membership, he had to
remove China from ANNUAL renewal of most favorite nation by Congress. I
wondered if Africa or India could replace China as manufacturing bases.

asset. Selling your asset is a taxable event.
For cash you have, it is freely moving internationally right now. Hot money
is seeking the most profitable place to invest. It is true in the past and
it is true now.
If USA is attractive for investment because of return rate and more

Otherwise, money moves to other countries. USA is not blocking money

from Africa are much better than the black people born in US.
The black people direct from Africa came here as students, then got a job
after graduated from school. Just like we were.
The black people born in US are angry, think the whole society owe them, and
they don't have to work.
Of course not every body is like that, but a big percentage are. 1/3 of
black men went to jail. |
