while let the engine warms up, the idle speed can be lower than 1000, then
there is no such issue after shifting from P to D.

match
我的公司除了company mach外，每年还有一定的retirement contributon，这部分

2. 在职期间401k是不能转到其他broker的账户的，而我公司没有提供IRA，这种情况
我是不是就只能等到离职之后才能把after-tax 401k rollover to Roth IRA？

rata一起转traditional 401和after tax 401.，这么做了的话每年就无法做backdoor
了……
目前税率很高所以不想动traditional 401
这种情况的话，after tax401是不是就没什么好处了……… |

不是。这是after-tax contribution到Traditional 401k。
contribution到Roth 401k和pre-tax contribution到Traditional 401k加起来不能超
过18500，但是after-tax contribution到Traditional 401k不受这个限制。只受你和
雇主contribute加起来不能超过55000那个限制。所以可以存多很多。（譬如，如果雇
主不match，而且你已经存了18500到Roth 401k和pre-tax contribution到Traditional
401k，你还可以存55000-18500=36500 after-tax contribution到你的Tradiitonal
IRA。） |
