儿子生日12月份，目前在东部已经上完K,根据网上信息，TX school age cut-off date
是Sep. 1st.是不是，儿子上学必须重读一年。

目前希望每个月减body fat 1%, body age 1岁？我每周只能去gym三次，因为上班太忙
了。打算3天对应练身体上，中，下。每次15分钟cardio，然后3~4个器械各3*15，然后
再25分钟cardio。我现在体重183lb，希望每个月能加0.5lb lean muscle，并且保持体
重在180lb。 |

只 要在挪威科技大學設計的網頁，輸入年齡、性別、腰圍、靜止心跳率（靜止站立或
坐下10分鐘後，量度一分鐘心跳次數）、每周邉哟螖岛蜁r間，就能推算體能歲 數。以
一名40歲女子為例，腰圍約86厘米（34吋），靜止心跳每分鐘80下，甚少邉樱w能歲
數將超級實際年齡達54歲；好動活躍的中年人士，體能歲數 可維持在20歲年輕人水平。
這五項指標其實都反映身體向細胞供氧的情況，研究人員邀請5,000名年齡介乎20至90
歲的人士，在跑步機上跑步來制訂不同歲數人士輸送氧氣的能力，體能歲數還能粗略預

challenging. If she can do well in one of the two, theoretically she can do
anything. At her age, she has a lot of potential, so you may consider to
discuss with her coach and try to expand her comfortable zone to, for

about 9..then swimming club team @11 and now she swims 5 or 6 days a week
about 2-3 hours each time.
What I learned these years is your kid must love swimming otherwise no one
can force them. Then both parents and kid must make the commitment to
support it (I always told her that I work harder during weekend than my
weekday :-)
BTW, I don't expect she will become professional swimmer, but I wish she can learn from this spo |

Do you know what does it mean 一级 and 二级 in china? 市级省级?
For USA Swimming, it has Silver, Gold/JO (Junior Olympics), Zone, Sectional,
Junior National, etc. Right now my daughter is about between JO to Zone
level for her age group (13/14 Girl).
It is interesting to notice that China 二级 is roughly about 11-12 JO level,
while 一级 is about sectional level (or little below YMCA National).

events if she is capable? It is very hard to catch up in the last 50 meters
/yards unless you are very close to the lead. Your daughter has to goes all
out eventually as she gets to the older age group.
You might want to time her 100 breast all out during practice so you will
know if there is a difference in time and build up her confidence first. |

athletic scholarship and having fun as a swimmer. Girls at that age has
to be good as they reach fully grown way much ealier than boy.
By the end of her 14 if she can reach AAA, than she might get a shot
for scholarship for private highschool and than college 4 years later.
