发帖数: 31 | 5 考古网上,好像凡是和Foundation and Crawlspaces有关的问题都是大问题,能帮忙看下如下的inspection report. Seller Agenet说房东会修"2", "4"只要seal就可以。不懂，求网上大虾帮忙给说说"2"和 "4" 是大问题吗，房子在加州。

我们，几十页详尽的报告，琳琳杂杂的小问题列了一大堆。这个买家因为贷款的问题
放弃了这个房子。像这种情况，我们自己是不是就不用再做inspection了？我们的
agenet
说不用，但告诉我们做不做是我们的选择。
