除VISA 欺诈，还有制造假文件，非法侵入政府电脑系统等其他罪名。

在NJ，贼就没有这个顾虑。没有威胁到主人的生命，就不能使用致命武力。若是没有明
显暴力倾向，你动手都是Aggravated Assault。所以上课的时候教员说，在NJ，by
book，如果有人入室抢劫，你有两个选择，一，报警，二，帮着搬。基本效果差不多。

I was talking to somebody today about the Jimmy Kimmel incident. My friend
had not heard about it. That's part of the problem.
It isn't often that genocide is proposed in contemporary culture. That's
what has happened.
Jimmy Kimmel, late night television host, recently put on a little comedy
sketch in which a kid suggests that we would be better off economically if
we "Kill everyone in China."
Kimmel replies, "That's an interesting idea."
The network, ABC, has since apologized.

contacts with major petrochemical and plastic bottles manufacturers in the
past, I can tell you that plastic bottles do release some forms of chemicals
(harmful or not I do not know) after extensive exposures to sunlight. All
these guys told me never to leave plastic water bottles in the car for an
extended period of time, as the heat aggravates the release of these
chemicals. Try to drink a sip of water from these overexpose |

At about 3:00 AM on February 11, 2011, a male student was cut with a box
cutter and another student was punched while they were in the midst of a
disturbance that occurred in front of 277 MLK Blvd. After the incident, one
of the victims went to the Rutgers Campus where he was assisted by Rutgers
Police officers and transported to a hospital, and the other victim went

紐約南區聯邦法院10日宣布破獲一起大宗華人信用卡盜刷集團案件，共23名人員涉案，
其中22名為華人，所有嫌犯皆報住皇后區法拉盛。該集團從6月至12月自行複製信用卡
進行盜刷，詐騙總金額高達200萬元。截至10日已有21人分別在紐約和加州被捕，兩人
在逃。
根據法院文件，該集團以40歲綽號「溫蒂」(Wendy)的陳一超(Yichao Chen，以下皆為
音譯)、綽號「大哥」的謝振鵬(Zhen Peng Xie)以及余富(Fu Yu)為首，三人以司空見
慣的網路犯罪「卡盜」(carding)模式，從網路論壇中購買利用網路入侵取得的信用卡
或銷帳卡(debit card)卡號，再自行印製假卡。假卡製造完成後，其他共终叻殖蓛陕愤
M行盜刷，「買家」(shopper)們負責以假卡在各州進行購買，購買的產品包羅萬象，小
