以上都是很重要的。我们中国人有个坏习惯，就是火大起来，就要指指点点，手舞足蹈
的，这些在美国的危机环境中，都可以是致命的。
美国人从小就知道，动口不动手的，因为他们知道动手以后consequence可能对他们不
利。而且即便对方没有直接得利用你手舞足蹈的姿态来致你于死地，你手舞足蹈至少表
明了你当时很agitated, on the verge of erupt, 这些都是不利的。你越表示出你很
contained,越是对你有利。
希望大多数网友能得到这个take away. |

。大家share经历的时候，可以看出很多人的经理和同事对他们的problematic
behavior 都常的accommodate,有的人就是不能和别人面对面讲话，有的人不能在大会
议室里坐着，有人非常容易agitated，有人喜欢面对着墙角坐着，很多人在正常人眼里
都有点weird甚至是jerk.大家对他们的宽容不是因为公司的diversity 有这样的规定，
也不是因为HR和大家打过招呼，大部分是因为他们的天分非常适合他们的工作，所以大
家才对他们如此宽容。我觉得这才是真正的diversity 的态度，如果你适合这分工作，
那么这分工作就是你的，和你是男是女，是白是黑，是天才还是脑子有毛病都没关系。

你自己明白你自己文章的意思吗？生命最后几小时了，一个人不能进食水的时候，当然
不用担心饥饿，脱水，可是你们大仙一边没法预估一个人还有多少时间，一边停了食水
，连静脉也不给是几个意思？然后病人熬一个星期也死不了，还有脸拿出来当众炫耀？
要你们这些医护人员干嘛？病人自己在家病死最差不也就是这个结果？
另外，一个医院如果病人多死于严重感染，回去自省一下吧，别把这么丢人的事满世界
嚷嚷了。

answer, although as you sense, a compliment of "very good" does not mean too
much. The phrase sounds neutral to me---meaning neither superior nor
inferior.
I am not sure if the senior faculty got pissed off because he is self-abased
, or because the candidate flattered in the wrong way. My only take is that
the candidate is not passionate about the place. He may as well choose any "

味。
公共的洗衣房，没人太上心维护，洗衣机本身的缺陷更容易暴露一些。自己家里面经常
清理维护应该会好很多。但是我还是坚定地支持top load的 |
