offer里面有non-competition条款，两年之内不得从事相关行业，感觉整个行业都被它
包括了，里面也没说地点范围。这是怎么回事，正常吗？到时候如果laid off了，这个
要求还在吗？如果跳槽，是不是就得在另外行业找工作了？

think about it, when you want to change a job, most likely jump to the
competitors, where they value you most. I heard some american rejected the
offer simply because of this agreement.
The company can sue you if you sign it and don't follow, it is serious. |

; the court usually restrict the range to a more reasonable one (e.g. from
company to division); you may also contact your HR about it.
In addition, if asked to sign during employment, usually compensation for
loss in extra income, etc. is needed; however, if asked to sign before
employment, the employment itself can be deemed as such compensation already.

隔多长时间，各个公司情况不一样，一般是两年。

可是我们做5年ARM目的就是为了换个大房，把此小房出租，但若12个月之内买大房，作

就算你用了别得agent买了房，这个agent可以要求拿佣金。
如果没有签合同，随时都能换人。
一般不要轻易签。
如果你从开发商那买房，没有agent，可以要求从list price直接去掉3%。
有的builder会这么做，有的不会降价，但是会给你很多 credits，你可以upgrade一些
东西，比如说appliances，地板等等。
一般找开发商谈房子，第一次，他们都会让你填个form，问你有没有agent，这个你要
想清楚。如果你填了没有，后来又说有，有时候，开发商可以不承认的。
我最初看房的时候，就发生过这样的事。自己先跑去看spec home，然后填了没有agent
，和sales manager随便谈了谈价钱，没啥进展，就撤了。后来找了agent，一起去谈价
钱，sales manager就找了一堆理由，说这样不能给buyer agent佣金。
最后扯皮半天，让我们等30天再去谈。
后来就悲剧了，房子都卖了。 |
