妈。那个sm通常是很牛掰的，也很重要。但是一个是官，一个是兵，虽然是牛掰兵，甚
至低价军官都要尊重。
你（和几乎所有高级码农）现在就是类似sm的干活。不幸的是你的部队长是个ahole，
你的日子就不好过了。
你现在的做法，不知你意识到没有，你不是和一个pm在对着干， 其实你是和整个系统
在干，你会有短暂的胜利，因为这个系统不全合理，但是最终，系统是不会输的。
可是你不高兴，你能做些什么？这要问你自己，你想要什么。

许多时候不全是种族问题，因为我见到过两个老美被从PROGRAM里踢出去了。老印也有。
在住院医阶段一定要尽量避免得罪主治和总值班。老美开会的DYNAMIC是很有意思的。
他们都是同事，不会为住院医生而相互得罪的。开会时说好话肯定是点到为止，说坏话
是没有边的。
假设这么一种情况，多数主治都对你满意，只有一个人被你得罪了，要给你小鞋。那么
开会的最可能结果是这个人放开说坏话，别人也不说什么，结果你就很可能被批评或者
PROBATION。
当然如果你交际能力特强，也会有那种大妈级ATTENDING出来护着你。不过一般中国男
住院医多数没有这个能力。
当医生是一件压力很大的事情。大家都容易着急，有时候不是谁有意和谁为难，就是话
赶话，结果就搞大了。
新进PROGRAM的同学，最好早早和一个SENIOR RESIDENT搞熟，建立一个mentor似的关系
。这样的人会指点你不同的ROTATION，不同的ATTENDING的特点和脾性，对你生存 |

做了quant developer。现在感觉舒服多了，也有点进入状态了，不过也开始迷茫了。
我原来是做IT的，只有个CS master, 现在想，如果三年后再来一次危机，被裁了的话
，能有什么竞争力呢？很多高级quant好像都需要名校cs, math, physics的PHD，大家
能不能来讨论讨论我们这些没有名校PHD的MFE有什么样的exit option? |
