GMPN120-5 的blower 马达如果我没记错的话是3/4HP,Furnace 是24-1/2寸宽度， 最高
值也就2000 CFM。
如果你很确定是18年的furnace, heat exchanger 还在保证期内，如何去换这得师傅去
操作，貌似换了换了屋主后，GOOMAN好像不给换了，班上曾经有过类似的帖子。
我曾经一再有提到，我们的出租房设备越简单越好，可修则修，实在修不了或者成本太
高才换。
你自己想想，以前的空调设备18年用下来都没事， 为啥换如果换新furnace 就会有事
。 要是换小不行， 我换原来一样大小的furnace总行吧。
理论上不匹配的设备，实际合理的校正和操作不一定不行。
我说个很简单的例子，其实类似的例子班上时常有说到。
一套5Ton, 2000CFM 的空调系统，如果装了普通一次性的air filter, 系统的airflow
可以达到1950CFM 甚至更高。 不过呢如果我改用3M MERV12 的filter, 系统的airflow

第一，一定要有足够的冷度，是吧？现在有17F的温差还行，新机子的话应该要有20度
温差。
第二，是啥？为啥开空调时冷凝器会有排水，系统需要快速把室内的湿气移走，降低湿
度，superheat/subcooling 的校正至关重要。
第三是啥？airflow! 如果没有足够的airflow,风口温度就算达到40F都没用。2ton 的
空调需要800CFM，furnace 端的回风位置如有780CFM或以上，室内每个出风口的CFM 值
的总和如接近780CFM或以上，说明系统airflow 没问题。
如果3个要素全满足了而还是不冷的话，那么你的房子该换窗， 门，siding, ceiling
insulation了。 |

四个火花塞，清洗油路。最后还是没有解决，怀疑是misfire问题，建议到dealer那边
去查，结果在去dealer的路上check engine 和trac 灯亮了，dealer一查发现这些
error codes：

cheaper. Though you have 8 rooms, I doubt all 8 would be used at the same
time. especially at night. If only 3 rooms are used, min-dsplit allows you

敏感。主卧的airflow 肯定没问题。一些因数限制你无法自己检查airflow 和管道。最
简单经济的解决方法我在想如果在你的主卧室再装一个温控器，你可以接受这样的模式
吗，也就是说这个温控器以你的主卧室设定为基准，将来在其它地方如family Room,
Living Room ... 或高或低1，2 度，在主卧以外的区域每个room 之间都是敞开式的，
你不一定会明显的感觉到。你也可以通过在living room 的温控器去调节温度。这样做
的话你目前的温控器需要换掉。将来的成本在250刀左右吧。
如果你认为这样不理想的话，需要上Furnace 和主管道的图。 |

我的 BMW E39 那天终于怠速为零了。启动可以，要赶紧踩油门才能保持运行，油门一放就熄火。
网上查，ICV(idle control Valve), MAF(mass airflow sensor), CPS(camshaft
position sensor) ,fuel pump, 真空泄漏 为几个首选嫌疑。火花塞才换过不到一年。手头没有code reader.
fuel pump/filter 没问题，因为试了一下，拔掉fuel pump fuse, 连启动都不行。看样子发动机不缺燃油。
拆进气部分。过滤器，进气管，MAF。DISA 也顺手拆了查了（这个零件要220刀），没有传说中的坏掉的迹象。 MAF目测看来没问题，万用表测了好像也还好（这个零件要400刀）。
根据大多数人的建议，换了CPS (intake side， ebay 上杂牌要40刀，原厂的网上至少120+刀 local更贵， 我在autohauzAZ 买的杂牌$60). 为了换CPS还得把 oil filter cap和 VANO 电机 |

该文章为原创。本人不是学汽车的，跟mechanical关系也不算大，汽车只是个人爱好，

在列出可能造成熄火或者怠速异常因素之前，应该先明白发动机怠速时的基本知识—保
证空
气/汽油比例正常，这里说的正常是比发动机理想状态下空气/汽油比14.7:1汽油输出量
要高，
通常称为rich mixture，因为在冷启动时发动机需要更多的汽油来保证正常运转。
混合气进入气缸中的过程：空气通过intake vacuum进入，通过节气门与汽油混合进入
气缸
PS曾经看过一视频，发动机怠速不稳定，转速表不停的上下摆动，后来原因为drive
belt的问

汽车抖动,主要是缸内汽油燃烧的问题导致的. 那么怠速抖动是不是也一样呢?
如果是,那么网上有人建议的:
检查火花塞
检查air filter
清理throttle body(不知道和throttle valve是不是一个东西?)
清理mass airflow sensor
清理fuel injector
可能mount破了
应该是可行的.
基本上就是把进气进油的部件都检查一下. 问题是这些东西我都不知道是什么...(除了
火花塞和air filter)
还有,idle时转速低于正常水平,不知道能从这里面看出什么问题. |

症状：点火后(不踩油门)，马上熄火。
拔掉air flow sensor 发动，不会熄火，热车后，转速下降到待速附近，感觉发动机轻
微抖动。
此时，插上air flow sensor, 发动机会明显抖动，但不会熄火。
尝试过的维修：
换过ECM, airflow sensor，idle control valve，EGR valve. 症状依旧.
请高手定夺。 |

Throttle body，还需要检查mass airflow sensor和ignition cassette(及coil)。反
正当时为了解决这个问题花了很大功夫才搞定。
不知道你的情况是不是和我相似。
