严格意义上讲比利时没有USPS，估计是用邮局的Airmail Parcel寄的，到美国以后由USPS
负责投递。在邮局如果用Express Mail（在中国叫“特快专递”），是有Tracking
Number的，如果用Airmail Parcel就没有Tracking Number，也没有任何办法Tracking。
Zeropong在美国国内，用的是Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation，是有
Tracking Number的，但此项服务只对国内，不对国际。 |

没问题。用过一段时间airmail，完全没觉得有什么好的，貌似除了界面比较fancy以外
，功能上其实不怎么强。Thunderbird和foxmail比airmail的性价比高很多。 |

2.卖家说去dealer做trade-in，不过价格低没卖给dealer，dealer给查了carfax，所以

3.我提出再查一下autocheck，他说没问题。我查了autocheck，没有一点问题。
4.车做机械检查，没有任何问题，车况很好。
5.正好我一个朋友在一个dealer买车，他听说了卖家提供carfax，觉得可疑，在dealer
那儿帮又我查了一遍carfax，结果发现这个车实际里程17万多，整整多了10万迈，那个
卖车的，把carfax上面从4万跳到15万，之后的记录，所有的最高位的1都抹掉了。
真惊险，另外今天取现金的时候向银行职员抱怨了一下，说卖车的不收cashiers'check
，银行职员提醒我要小心。我最后要对他驾照和title上的信息，防止买黑车，结果他
找不到驾照。

For books, it is much more expensive than surface mail (almost double
the price). For 32kg box, surface (sea) mail costs 400RMB+ while 空运水
陆路 costs 800RMB+.
I would recommend 空运水陆路 for other not-so-heavy items. It is much
faster than surface mail and much cheaper than airmail. |

，他们让我自己付费，我告诉他们我的电子付费卡的卡号，（这卡是可以付G,T成绩的）
但他们告诉我我的卡不能用。结果他们的答复拖到了7月2日，
而7月4日他们又要放假，我无奈，只好7月3日晚上给他们再打长途，请他们
快点寄出吧，他们终于恳寄出了，可是我无论怎样说，他们也还是只能用
airmail给我寄出。
我收到I20可能要到7月17，18左右了，我怕出现意外，就预约了7月22日的签证。
现在好怕啊，如果7月22日被拒，择8月12的机票就泡汤了，另外开学日期8月19
是肯定赶不上了。
我就不理解为什么TAMU办事这么官僚，这么不体谅学生。
现在还在犹豫辞职的事情，出国这条路走的实在是太苦了。
不知是自己给自己的压力过大，还是形式真的比较严峻，
我真的是只有这一次机会了。
如果拒签，后面的机票，买临行物品，接机，住宿都面临很大的问题
也没法多想，只是心里很乱，整个心就在这里悬着的感觉。
真的想哭的感觉，不知命运会怎么选择我了。 |

would suggest you use paypal with credit card payment. They ship it using
