我把所有的证据装订成一本，编上号呈递上去。然后开始陈述事件经过。我的论证是这
样的：
1. 对方车子bumper上的刮痕大部分分布在车子的侧面。这说明事故发生时，两辆车
的角度是很小的。在一个狭窄的aisle里头，如果是因为我没有yield他而发生的碰撞，
通常两辆车子应该成比较大的角度。
2. 从事故现场照片看，对方车子停在red curb之前。这可以有两种解释：a，对方司
机违反交规；b，这是事故现场。合理的解释是b，这说明事故发生在商店T之前；
3. 从商店T的位置看，根据对方车子的位置和行驶方向，在他之前40英尺处是横出来
的curb，他必须立即左转才能避免撞上curb；
4. 在双方车子之后，距离事故现场最近的横向aisle是一个只许进不许出的单行线；
5. 事故发生的时间是三天长周末的最后一天，是许多人为下周买菜的日子。下午两
天是超市最热闹的时刻。事故发生的地点是附近最热闹的superstore之一。在这样一个
时间这样一个地点，在一条狭窄的单向aisle里头逆向行驶不仅疯狂，而且几乎不可实现

aisle上快速倒车，直接把我的车给撞了。对方的车没有任何的事情，但是我的车灯，
bumper，fender都给撞瘪了。但是对方的保险公司死活不赔钱，说我个人的错误占51%
，非常的气愤和郁闷。
对方的车一开始停在aisle的末端，我就开出来了。结果刚开出来，对方就飞快的
倒车，直接就撞上我的扯了。

很小的车祸，上周日６ｐｍ在mountain view停车场；
左右两边angled parking,中间一条aisle
我先从右边倒车出来，已经在aisle里头了，车没有完全停稳，
撞到了左后边的一辆车，那个车也在倒车，出来1/4－1/3。
之前完全没有看到那辆车，因为他在我左后边，我checked over my right shoulder没
看见。
双方人都没事，我车上头bumper有擦痕，他的车右边后方有个小dent;
他现在和他的保险公司撒谎说当时他完全出来了，我到车撞倒了他的车．．．
而且他看到我然后就停住了。所以他保险公司要求我全责。
我还在联系我的保险公司中。
我当时只照了车的划痕，没有照两辆车的位置，
不知道大华有没有录像可以拿出来看？
而且我车上的划痕很明显是对方车也在动造成的，
而他的保险公司根本就没有跟我要照片之类的就判定是 |

prestige送的会员最可能有用的是national吧，可以access to aisle，不过aisle一般
没有minivan，最多是fullsize SUV |

chocolate milks are. If not, try in a regular aisle since I know these do
not have to be refrigerated. I found mine in the fridge area, but have run
into stores that do not stock them there. I'm having a brain fart and can't
remember which regular aisle they were in. Maybe where the nesquik and
powdered milk might be? Hope you find them though! |
