It seems that the blower needs to be purchased separately, in the same order
or not. Anyone who knows better about this product? Can we buy (some of)
the accessories such as the halogen bulbs from Home Depot? |

发帖数: 261 | 3 我买的就是AK7000AS［风力三档可调］。因为没有使用过AK2100AS，无法将两者直接比较。
安装是这样的：通过转接头转成４"金属硬管[注：如果可以买到６"软管，建议使用６"软／硬管]穿透Ceiling，然后接２５'的４"保温软管在Attic空间从厨房连接到后墙Soffit，接4"-5"-6"通用型Soffit Exhaust Vent出口。
我买的这款安装之后，在实际运行中，能听到比较明显的金属摩擦声音，仿佛有螺丝跟电机在摩擦。
应付一般炒菜，其抽油烟能力感觉还行，灶台周边以及其他房间基本闻不到油烟味。工作噪音不算小，但可以忍受。工作噪音跟国内的方太中式抽烟机差不多。 |

but 1100CFM blower needs to be purchased separately. If I buy the 1100CFM
blower, will the 600CFM blower be taken off when installing the hood and be
left aside forever?
My range hood will be on the exterior wall, so I guess I will have it
installed as 外墙式. Is the following price fine?

发帖数: 261 | 5 不知道美国厨房抽油烟机的标准是否就是不带插头的。我上星期刚刚安装的AK7000AS抽
油烟机，打开包装盒也是不带插头的。而且卸掉厨房旧的抽油烟机也是不带插头的。抽
油烟机就是线－线连接，然后用带旋转的接头（不知道英语怎么说）旋紧。
其实，如果你想用插头，其实也很简单。去Lowes或HomeDepot或Menards购买一段延长
线（白色和黑色各一段，绿色是保护接地线无所谓，可以不接的）。然后买一小包绝缘
胶带＋插头。然后，自己DIY一个从抽油烟机引出的插头。 |

管道，并从后院Roof的Eaves下排出。
经试验，即使排油烟机打到最低挡，在排出口的风仍然很强劲。 |

风不见得便宜，光抽风机部分从350-700刀都有，看你选择哪个牌子 |

发帖数: 1 | 14 The PBD1100A is a package including a 600CFM blower and a dual blower adaptor.
When install it, first remove the 600CFM blower and its single blower
adaptor from the hood, then put two blowers into the dual blower adaptor and
intall them back to the hood.You can download the manual of the hood to get
better understanding.
If you can find a local dealer, quote a price and compare it with online
price. Mine was bought at $900+tax for a 36' hood and the second blower
package at local.
